THIS IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY... DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. NOW NOT ONLY AM I OUT OVER $40 THE MONEY I PAID FOR THE 2 SHIRTS BUT ALSO THE $27.50 POSTAGE I SPENT TO SEND THEM BACK. BUT i HAVE 2 SHIRTS THAT ARE JUNK AND DON'T FIT. THIS IS NOT A REPUTABLE COMPANY.
I received my order on 8/14/20 and the clothing was very cheap/horrible quality so I contacted them to return the product for a refund (they have a 7 day policy). First they try to haggle with you and tell you they will refund 15% and won't have to send the product back, that is not what I wanted. So they sent me a label to use to send it back. I took the package to the post office on 8/18/20 using their label and PAID $43.00 out of my pocket. I kept checking with them over the next 4 months because I never received a refund and they kept telling me they haven't received the package. I sent them a picture of the receipt from the post office and still nothing. On 1/26/21 I received the package back, what am I to do now? Pay another $43.00 to send it back again using a bogus label/address like the first time. THIS PLACE WILL DO WHATEVER IT TAKES TO AVOID GIVING YOU REFUND FOR THEIR CHEAP CLOTHES! SO NOT WORTH IT - STAY AWAY - BUYER BEWARE!
