My order came from Saudi Arabia and most of it was not useable. The sizing was off and the quality was flimsy. When i inquired about retuning most of the items I was offered 15% refund. The returns were to go to China if you "wanted the trouble of retuning items". I have received no refund and have been told none coming. Buyer beware!

The other was more of a grey quilt. The scarf was more like a short felt place mat and had no flexibility. It couldn't fit around my neck. The other was said to be shipped, however I never received. I tried to return all items however received an email offering me 15% of my order without returning due to me having to pay for return shipping and customs fees. There is no customer service phone # to speak with a live person. I will never order from this company again. Not sure how ratings are 4.5 and 5

Impressive fashion, quality and service on the internet. The clothes are the best and there is a wide variety of clothes to choose from. There are great deals and great free items. Although there are some garments that are small as they are based on the average body shape.
Spent $188 - what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad. I tried to return - customer service said I have to pay to ship everything back to CHINA! The cost to return my items is $344. It works like this - find great pictures that look like nice clothes, etc., online - place order - pay for order - receive a bunch of crap that looks nothing like the online pictures - find out there is no cost-effective way to return items - so you are basically just giving this company your hard earned money and you end up with a bunch of crap to throw in the garbage. And, they know you are in a no-win situation so they offer you a 15% refund. This should be illegal.
Not only does shipping take over a month... the product is very low quality - the items received looked nothing like the pictures online. And, when you try to return items, you learn they expect the consumer to pay for the shipping to ship the items back to CHINA - this is an absolute SCAM - cost to ship the items back was more than the refund will be. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY - they know this and send you terrible products because they know you can't send them back - they get your money, and you are stuck.
