I ordered two items that turned out to be too small, even though I used their sizing guide. I followed the steps as soon as I received to try to return the items. I received an email stating it would be too costly to return the items to China and I would have to pay for return shipping and other fees. They offered to give me 15% of the cost to use to alter the items! I wrote back and told them if they offered 50% of the cost, I would keep the items. I am waiting for their response.
DO NOT AND I REPEAT, DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE PEOPLE WITH NO SUCCESS. THEY HAVE CREATED DOCUMENTS THAT ARE FAKE AND SUPPLYING THEM TO MY BANK. I HAVE TONS OF EMAILS FROM THESE PEOPLE OFFERING ME 15%, 25% AND 40% TO KEEP THEIR ITEMS, WHICH I TRIED TO CANCEL ON MORE THEN ONE OCCASION WITHIN THE TIME FRAME OF THEIR FAKE POLICY. THEY CONTINUED TO SEND ME EMAILS RESPONSES AND NO rectification. THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND GREEDY CHINESE PEOPLE WHO ARE MAKING UGLY THINGS AND BEING EVIL TOWARDS AMERICANS. I SENT EMAIL AFTER EMAIL AND NO RESPONSE. THEY SUBMITTED FAKE RECORDS STATING THEY SENT ME MY REFUND AND NO REFUND. I DON'T HAVE NO FN PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

I waited two weeks(I placed my order on 14/11/2020) before having to cancel my order because there is no guarantee that I will receive what I order or when can be shipped ( I don't like to wait months just for a shirt). Now I'm waiting for my money back. On the other hand, customer service always replies to emails for this I give two stars. I will not order anymore just because the company have to be more affidabile on the shipping time (normally 15 days) and have the option to pay when you receive your order but that is only my experience.

It is very difficult to find an online site that specializes in affordable clothing, and even more difficult to find one that is accurate for what they advertise. But I love how reliable the services at this online boutique are consistently.
