The two tops that I ordered arrived on the day before Christmas. I had ordered small, both were huge. Fabric was sleazy. Pictures of the garments need to be shown more clearly and in true shape of what they are. When I considered returning them, I was told that it probably would be a bad idea, because they would have to be sent to an address in China and shipping and customs fees would be my responsibility. Just on the edge of a scam.

It was suppiosed to be an xlarge and they sent a size small, which I cannot even use.

Tried to return one of the 6 items I received. Filled out the proper forms, but never got a response and a return ticket. Tried several times. Feels like they are unwilling to accept returns and hiding.
The clothes fit, look well made. I had a hard time picking my size as I have never bought clothes online, but overall, they fit.
On the website, the clothes are pretty and stylish looking, but of subpar quality. I placed an order for 4 tops on 12/12/22 and still (1/4/23) have not received my order in its entirety. The website that tracks these orders is www.eshippinggateway.com/uexpress where everything is written in Chinese! I guess they make the items after they receive orders. At any rate, I'm disappointed. Will not order again. Too bad.
I was charged for the item I ordered even though it was clear, from the correspondence with the company, it was out of stock. Most online companies will let you know if something is out of stock & not charge until the item is in.
Very disappointing service with generic form letters & no phone# to call... I wonder why?

Ordered 3 tops for 1st time on Dec 3rd. Received 1 top on Dec 17th. 2nd Top on Dec 20th, 3rd top on Dec 23rd.
2 out of 3 tops did not fit as shown. The 3rd Top was ok. When I went to return the 2 tops it was very difficult to follow the instructions so I reached out to customer service. We started a chat. After I sent pictures the chat was closed by them so had to try again. When I took pictures of the tops I wanted to return, I noticed a small stain on the back top shoulder! It says they're to be returned in original packing, unworn, unstained. I only tried the 1 top on as 2 were different colors of same top. They FINALLY gave me a return auth # & then I had to ask for return address. Its in China. IT'LL COST me OVER $20. For a 2 lb pkg as they dont pay to return. THATS NO INSURANCE INCLUDED! I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM NORACORA AGAIN! They send orders SLOW...THE QUALITY IS CHEAP, ITEMS DO NOT FIT AS DISPLAYED, RETURN POLICY IS HORRIBLE. I spent most of my afternoon trying to get this return info & then cut off by the chat. I emailed & communication was a bit better. Its like pulling teeth! I spent almost $40. On the 3 tops. Itll cost over $20. To return. I will NEVER EVER ORDER FROM NORACORA AGAIN! BUYER BEWARE!

The link for the NORACORA survey doesn't work. However their service is lacking. I tried to exchange a couple of items and was told that 30 days is their limit for returning an item. Both items I was going to return for a different size, but my wife couldn't try them on until after Christmas. They were Christmas gifts.
NORACORA is losing me as a customer because they won't accept an exchange. This order was over $100 and was my first order with them.
Items look nothing like they do in the picture. Even the material is totally different than what it looks like in the picture. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with my purchase. I used AfterPay for my purchase and I don't have any pictures because they were gifts and I've given them all out.

The clothes are gorgeous. I sent pictures of the red casual Christmas tee I received vs the one I ordered. Customer Service said they were the same. They're not.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
