Ordered a top and received a "photographic" print of the top rather than the actual top. Company offered 15% off, then 40%. They are still making money at 40% off with their bait and switch. NO WAY.

Nothing but a nightmare since I received my package with not only cheap, thin material, but also 3 items missing. They said a 2nd package was delivered, but it wasn't and they won't give me a tracking number for it, so I could go to the post office with some information. They also won't give me a refund.
Our emails have just been going around in circles.
They also sent me a pair of blue boots made of really cheap material. THEIR size 6 = size 37. Everywhere else on the planet 6 = 36. I've asked for my money back for the boots. They won't acknowledge that at all. Their sweatshirts are NOT sweatshirts. They're long-sleeved tops.
I've asked for a total refund of $101.77 for the 3 missing tops and the boots. Have been getting nowhere with their pathetic customer service 11 days now. I've had to repeat my story to supposedly different agents so many times, I've lost count.
My frequent emails with attachments have shown the items I'm missing from my order along with the paper enclosed in the one package that was delivered that shows 3 unshipped items, but they seem to be confused by this.
The last email was from Merry, a new (?) agent that said, "Sorry but what did you mean about that refund?" OMG! Their customer service is more a pathetic, insulting, sick joke. If I could give them a zero rating I would.
What you get, IF you get it, does NOT look as nice as it does in the pictures.

The quality of the clothes here is very good, the measurements and sizes are correct, besides that the clothes and shoes they have are not found in the physical stores of my city and that seems to me a plus, since you can buy clothes in the internet at a very affordable and economical price.

I was impressed. If you order, be sure to pay attention to the measurements. They run true to size (maybe a little smaller). Would definitely order again! The shipment took two weeks, but I was aware of the wait.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
