I ordered dresses, several of them, some were pretty good, nice material and well made, some others not so much. One dress I had to bring to a seamstress because it wasn't sown right and couldn't stay flat. 2 others I had to shorten because they were so long and I am 5 ' 7'. One dress was really big so I had to have it altered, so I tend to think they run a little large for size. One dress I didn't receive. I wasn't thrilled with receiving my order in several bundles.
I would like a better description regarding the material 100% coton or linen and the thickness

Great sale, top is just perfect, can wear it with any thing. Gorgeous.
Quality of clothing less than expected. Clearly NoraCora does not stand behind its products because you offer no avenue for return of purchases. Very questionable business practice. I was initially told that you would send a return label but that it would be my responsibility to pay shipping charges- this speaks poorly to how confident you are in the clothing you sell. Final word was - no we're not going to offer you a refund but we can give you 50% back and you can keep the clothing. It's a frustrating situation

I have made multiple purchases of clothing and accessories with this website and it was a simple process, with clear information on when to expect the products (after the sale is finalized). I like being able to log into my account again to see the status.
This time I got the sizing right which was great as it is so expensive to return items. Would have liked a confirmation email to say order had been rec'd. Items arrived quickly and were exactly as described. I like being able to buy larger sizes with lengthier short sleeves.
Good experience except I would like to isolate more factors, eg. Plus sizes and colours.
