I just received my purchase and the clothing was package perfectly. Not so much the boots, they're dented. I wanted a pair of black boots and thought I'd try NORACORA. I found just what I wanted. ( or so I thought) Too bad the shoe sizes aren't what converts to US shoe size. The size 9 I ordered is more like a 91/2 or even a ten. Plus, when I tried to request a return, the site always was down and I was asked to try back again.

I was unable to use live chat(it did not function) or contact any customer service to answer my questions so i am taking a risk and purchasing without assistance.
This company is horrible. Do not order from Noracora. Very deceptive practices. My order took forever to arrive. I ordered a SMALL shirt. This shirt is obviously marked wrong. It's huge. My husband wears a men's large and it could fit him. So...I went through the online Noracora process to return the shirt. I received a return email with instructions to take pictures of the shirt size label and tag, the internal packing slip and the external shipping label, which I did. I also included pics of myself wearing the shirt so they could see how huge it is. I received a return email offering me 40% of the purchase price. This is Noracora's error, not mine. I should get a complete refund plus my shipping costs. This is not my mistake. This is a horrible company with high shipping charges and no returns. Folks; don't order...the clothes look very pretty, but read all the other negative reviews. It's not worth your hard earned money and aggravation. Do business with companies with good reviews, who stand behind their merchandise and good business practices. I will be sure to post this review on every social media site possible.

Sizing is off. Also ordered two blouses. The blouses were tight in the bust because there were no darts, baggy under the arms. The fabric was cute, and I can wear them, but.,, They were very cheap and you get what you pay for, but one top I had to give away. I could have fit 2 or 3 of me in there…,

Had lots to choose from and very pretty dresses at good prices, but if you need to return something they don't let you return items.

It took 2 months to get one of the items (still haven't gotten the 2nd!), and it was horrible! There was such a bad smell, I had to wrap it twice in a plastic bag, and the size (M) was that of a young girl - around 10 or 12 yrs old. They will not refund my money, and will not send me a return address. Trying to contact them is impossible - they have NO PHONE and when you try live chat you get something in Chinese or Japanese. I have PayPal trying to help me, but getting in contact is impossible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
