I ordered 12 items from Noracora. First time. 4 of the items did not fit and they suggested instead of returning them because I have to pay for shipping and it all goes back to China and would have to WAIT for an extended length of time until they received my items and checked them out to give me a refund. Sooo,
They suggested giving me a 15% discount and me keep the clothes and use the money to alter the clothes that did not fit. That really sucks! The wait was about 2 weeks for the merchandise arrive.
Love it so far, takes a while to get it, but sooo worth the wait!:-)
You almost got 5 stars. My only complaint is I am an extra small size and your clothes basically stop at size 4.
When I received my order in the mail the package was so small and lite I couldn't believe it contained my dress. Once I took it out of the plastic bag I was so disappointed in the quality. The material was so cheap it did not have a zipper. I made a dress like this in my 8th grade home economics sewing class. The pictures you show in your advertisements are not what you can expect when purchased.
Purchase just under $200 in cloths. Quality was horrible. Fabric was thin, items had no hems, one long sleeve shirt sleeves came 7" past my hands. Proposed me a 30% discount that inwas supposed to get upon order, didn't give it. Promised a 50% discount when I sent photos of the poor quality, didn't get it. Went through the ringer on how to return items that were defected and found out they are in China and I had to pay shipping to return. Offered me a 50% discount not to return because shipping it back was more than the item cost. Haven't seen that yet. Also quite a few items were missing that I was charged for and they wanted to give me 50% off items I never received. Can't get that $$ back either. I fave up after emailing back and forth for over a month. I learned a. Lesson with this group. Some make the same mistake.

My shopping experience was fine and Nora Cora sent me lots of updates to keep me informed. I did have a problem with my clothing. I ordered two pair of of the same kind and same size of tulip hemmed cropped pants, one in khaki and one in black. The black pair were perfect, but the khaki pair were bigger and way longer. It was like they were from two different planets--the sizing was inconsistent. The same with the two dresses. I had everything altered instead of sending them back.
So far so good, but no matter how much I try to update a certain part of my address, it won't accept my edit. Luckily, my package will still get here.

So far so good. Just wish your shoes came in half sizes for example 10.5
I tried to contact someone after I received my order to find out where to send it back and get a refund. I could not find a return address or get a hold of anyone. The merchandise was terrible and I will never order from this company again or refer anyone to it. Terrible customer service. The worst ever.

When I Googled Noracora, there was a response that said it was a scam, that the items were not as described or never came. My items were as described and I received all of them. Noracora is not a scam.
