Between entering email, going back to look through items and checking out preempt sure I didn't get any discounts. Now need to return items as all were too thin of material.
I would like to be able to know the height/weight of the models. I am five tall and the models are usually 8-9 inches taller which means the hemlines are too long for me than how they are pictured. There needs to be more detail on the clothing item. I don't like that there are not free returns, the sizes are deceptive and not consistent - some smalls are drowning on me while others seem to be one size smaller.
Very disappointed with my order put on the slipper and walk in and it came apart

I purchased five items from Noracora, none of which worked for me. The fabrics were not satisfactory. The blouses and sweater were scratchy, and the earrings were not as pictured. When I tried to return, I noticed that the return window is only 15 days. The packing slip instructed to request an RMA online, and it should arrive within 48 hours via email. So now the return window is 13 days. When I did not receive the email, I was able to enter a chat window and finally received it. All it was was an indication of where to send the package, postage on me, to China! But first I had to reject the 50% refund instead of a return. This company has poor quality clothing and an arduous return procedure. I will not be purchasing from this company again!

Product is great. However they keep sending me emails and I keep unsubscribing but I keep getting emails. I feel harassed.

The dress has how much cotton? I bought it for the cotton factor, not the man made fibre content, so very ordinary.
Both shoes two sizes too big, my fault, so a charity shop has appreciated them.
Website was very touchy, was suppose to receive 15% for 1st order, when received products, poorly wrapped, jewelry was very poor quality. Some pieces broken in pkg and materials used had something that caused a lot of irritation. Pictures were very deceiving when viewing prior to buying. I should have realized that the pricing was a dead giveaway for quality.
The clothes size were way off. The pants extremely long. A size large blouse was a size 4x large. I was satisfied with two blouses.

The product I received is no where near as nice looking in person as on the photo. The color is off and it looks cheap. Not happy with this one.
I ordered two bottoms from the final sale section. Order arrived promptly but, one package contained the wrong color pants. I reached out to Customer Service and was given a discount for the error. I will order from them again. They care about customers.
I found it hard to go back to look at more items. I think it would be best to have stock numbers for each item to refer to, please.
Also, 3 items out of 6 were unsatisfactory and will need to be returned. One (the yellow dress) had no size indicated on the garment at all and was way too small. Another one was much larger than expected
(the leopard jumpsuit), and the last one had a printing mistake - the black and white dress with the face along one side - is imprinted on the inside of the garment instead of the outside?

Loved my 3 shirts! My sz is XL, that's what I ordered, one was alittle snug, my weight gain fault, but the other 2 fit great!
My order took so long to receive, I forgot that I placed it. When I did receive items, everything is too small except for dress that was ordered.
I received my order but one of the items didn't fit right. It was much too long and not as attractive as it appeared on the web site. I want to return the item and contacted NORACORA customer service THREE TIMES to request a return address. I STILL haven't received any response two weeks after my first request. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE FROM NORACORA AGAIN!
The item ordered was way to small even though I ordered according to my measurements. The item was shipped to me somewhere from within the USA but the return had to be sent to China and the cost for return shipping was approximately 4 times more than I had paid. So since that amounted to more than I paid for the item it was not worth returning the item.
