I ordered a beautiful sweater, but the yarn it was made from was cheap. The sundress (I ordered a 2X), instead of being made for a heftier woman was made for a very thin 10 foot tall woman AND the fabric was terrible! The sweat shirt I ordered was made of a very odd fabric unlike any sweatshirt I've purchased in the USA. Turning it inside out, I could see how it was stitched. There were just simple single seams holding the sweatshirt (again weird) fabric together. It looked like a child's project that went unchecked by the teacher. The seams were completely unprofessional. None of them were pressed open or finished in any way. I was truly shocked! It took two months to receive the order, and everything was so terrible I didn't want to frustrate myself further by calling what I could only expect was a shockingly terrible customer service agent! So to be fair I didn't give them a chance to make things right. By that time I had no confidence in them whatsoever. I've been wanting to tell others about my terrible experience with them. Maybe this sincere review that I attest to be true will help someone else.

Buyer beware, do not ordered from this company I ordered 3 dresses (one was out of stock think goodness). When I received the two other dresses all most three months later they look like a child made them, they were the most ugliest dresses I ever saw. They look NOTHING like the ones on the website. I wanted to return them so they provide the return shipping label and told me the return center is different from where the dress came from. I had no idea that the return center was in China until I down loaded the label.

I just wanted my money back so I paid $27.75 to have them returned. Guess what they were returned back to me. Noracora did refund some of my money however I want my money back for the postage I paid in good faith to have something returned.

October 13-15,2021, I spent convincing their customer service via email, I needed the shipping label to return 9 of the 11 tops that were 2-3 sizes too small, (one of them I ordered then removed prior to submitting order), quality of some similiar to a kids junk party store. Their offer was 25% off over sending all back, but "Laura" made reference only to the one top I said was too small (xsmall), I order 2 sized up due to my bust size. When I emailed if 25% would be off all the tops I needed to return, I got an email to use the shipping label. If I thought for a second, the returned items would be there within their 15-DAY return policy, I would return them. Realistically, it took close to three days just to receive the shipping label. Two items arrived days after the initial package arrived. Their email stated:
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package. Since International returns might result in long waiting times and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue. We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund 【for the item(s) in question as compensation】 instead of returning the item(s).
And oh, here is where shipping label goes to "Nansha district, Guangzhou, Guangdong, China ******* Tele: *******702.
The 15% off offer was changed to 25%, but appeared to be only for one item. Only 2 of the 11 tops fit and I used their size chart for EACH item I purchased. I have to sell them myself or likely lose both the merchandise in their return process and my money. Another top arrived last night, it is 2-3 sizes too small too. This one was the best made of them all, cute inscription, But cannot wear it! I tried removing my email from NoraCora too, THERE IS NO OPTIONS TO DO THIS EITHER! You can sign on, send your money but you can rest assured you'll lose and you cannot leave!

EASY ORDERING-RETURNING SEVERAL PIECES ASDID NOT LIKE MATERIAL. EXCHANGING TWO PIECES TOO SMALL THOUGH MEASUREMENTS COINCIDED WITH SIZE CHART. MATERIAL NOT
I tried figuring out how to exchange items that don't fit. Received zero response from the website and gave up. I won't be ordering again.

I would recommend the convenience and prices! For me the sizing for the shoes was misleading on a smaller scale.

The items were delayed which was probably due to the supply chain mess. They did not fit and the quality was not good. The web site for returns was impossible to navigate. I got a notice saying that some of the things i ordered were out of stock yet they came the next day. There is no place to contact anyone here in the u.s. the biggest blow was that in order to return items you must go to the post office, fill out a customs declaration and pay an exorbitant fee for overseas mail.
I bought two pairs of these STINKY shoes! One for my dghtr,(thinking she would love them as much as I thought I did). As I took both bags, I noticed a strong smell. I pulled my shoes out of the bag and smell was even stronger! I then noticed how mine had wrinkly ripples on the top left sho. I tried them on and throughout an hour. Feet started itching so bad! I demand a refund and have reached out THREE Times & NO response! A chat rep. Offered a $8 credit if I decided to keep the shoes! Why? And now I'm being ignored!

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
