Do not bother ordering from this company located in China. I ordered 7 shirts, 2 were torn at the neckline seam. When I tried to exchange I was given a run around for 2 wks. I was offered 25% off which I rejected. I sent pictures of the damage tool. Eventually they claimed the rip was part of the design! Not a word of exchange. Of course this delaying tactic was so I could not ultimately return them due to their severe window of return. The rest of the shirts were cheaply made and the long sleeve shirt went nearly to my knees and I am not short. Sizing was strange also. The company will not, I believe, give you your money back. They will email you back & forth until your window of return is passed. And, you have to pay to send back to China. They would not even pay for the damaged tops to be returned. The company is a fraud and you are a fool if you order. You will regret it. I lost over $100 trying to return shirts, only to find they are not interested in returning your money or exchanging the merchandise.

I have been waiting now for over two weeks now to resolve a shipping error.
I emailed several times and every time a different person responds with a totally different answer but consistent in blaming me for their error.
After asking to speak to management, I was told "mangers do not speak to anyone directly".
They shipped me a totally different item than what was the picture advertisement.
They continually say I ordered what was sent, which is a lie.
They even sent me a picture of what I ordered and it was clearly NOT what they sent, then later sent a totally different picture of what was actually sent after I supplied them with pictures of the item they sent me then, their response was AGAIN that I ordered what was sent.
I've asked for a prepaid shipping label to send the item back. They refuse to do so.
Their policy is that you can send items back at your own expense. Horrible, shameful business practices and the most dishonest company I've ever dealt with.
Never, never do business with this company.

Items bear no resemblance to photos on website. This junk is made in China, from the worst cheap synthetics you can imagine - the worst quality I've ever seen, not even suitable as dusters. No returns label either - and it's not hard to work out why. I binned the lot and chalked it up to experience. The company is giving out false information about the products and should be shut down.

Product came on time as said on tracking. Material quality is ok for the price. I machine washed it already but I want to be careful not to subject it to too much heat from the dryer so I just hung it to air dry because material seems delicate. Chat service is good and prompt. My only suggestion is that the receipt of purchase, order # and tracking # should be emailed right away. But I did not get it until I have to ask for it in the chat. Overall experience, satisfied though. Products are carefully packaged and looks like in the picture.
I had a few returns, filled out request on their website within the refund time twice and never received response until after the refund time was up via email. I explained this after I was told it was past 30 days and no response again. I was stuck with clothes I can't wear. No customer service phone # to call.

Most of the clothes were not a good fit and dislikes the material.

I would give negative staes if possible. I ordered shoes and they were a size too small even though I ordered my size. It took about 2months to get them and the quality is piss poor. Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
