Easy ordering process, and payment, and many dresses, tops and pants to choose from. The selection is very important and these are really very stylish. The size range is also another nice addition to the service. All sizes small to extra large plus sizes.
Send wrong size and color. If you get a refund it cost a fortune plus customs fee and very long wait. Will never order again. Clothing run small and poor quality fabric.
I really liked the selection of clothing to choose from. I was pleased to find something that I could see myself wear.
My experience from quality, price and customer service was a nightmare. I feel obligated to leave this review here because I checked here prior to purchasing the first time as the first google result for "Noracora reviews". The clothes were similarly priced to old navy or gap. Shipping as expected at 3ish weeks. Packaging was not well labeled or consistent. Half the clothes didn't have tags, and almost half were not branded noracora, but "miss look" instead which was even worse quality than dollar store pet clothing. The designs were interesting hence the order, but the images were not matching items received, especially in details like hems, darts and design features, making a few pieces feel counterfeit. Out of the 19 items purchased only 3 were what I thought were ‘keepers'. A few things were even damaged in production, like frays in drawstrings. The linen products are so thin and cheap they are see through. One positive note is the sizing was pretty accurate. All hell broke lose when I tried to address this by returning 7 of the items. The ridiculous back and forth and countdown for return window was not customer friendly. The "policy" is the customer pays for shipping back to CN even if it's wrong or defective. Customer service started negotiating with me via e-mail right away offering 15% to keep the trash, and would not send the instructions for return. I wasted my life with 5+ back and forths (in messed up negotiations) and finding out it would cost me $40 + to waste carbon energy to send the trash back for very little net $. Ultimately I ended up get 60% back on just the 7 defective items. I should have just disputed the whole order through my credit card company. Today, one of the items, a long linen piece, I had not even requested refund for, (a keeper) was so thin I just put my thumb through the arm today when putting it on (pic attached) and a seem ripped when I raised my arm while sitting down, and it is oversized! In summary it is a massive scam. My biggest concern is the 1k reviews on this review site must be largely faked because there is no way others haven't experienced versions of this. I've even asked nora to unsubscribe and they keep e-mailing ads daily. Don't even gamble.

The cape was exactly as described. Except for the color. The cape I received was beige and the sweater pictured was rose.

Answer: My thanks to all commenters here. You just saved me from an expensive mistake!
Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
