The process was easy, choices of clothing excellent, variety colour and price are great
I've purchased a few things from Nora Cora in a couple of orders. Have to tell you that you get what you pay for. My first order of items weren't too bad, they worked out fine. My second order had items that were too short (the descriptions didn't say that one of the tops would be short), one item had a very crooked zipper and the other item is just super cheap looking. I should know better.
If you want to return items, you have to pay for the postage yourself. Now, the amount that I will get back vs the postage it will cost will nearly negate each other. Whats the point?

The online shopping was good and placing the order was easy but it does not state that it is an American company and the it was in US dollars until after the order was placed. Not very good form for a company. Be upfront and honest. I was not happy with several of the items I purchased. They did not look like the products in the add. Very disappointed. Did not want to have to return them due to loosing out on money. Again disappointed. I will not be shopping from this site anymore.
The quality of the material and cut of the dresses I ordered was not what I expected. It looks cheap. The packages arrived in 2 shipments and I was afraid the Xmas shirts would not arrive in time.

Terrible customer service. Don't count on a refund. Customer service replies if you write a review at this site. Bad fit. Only synthetic materials even if you see cotton at the site or dress tag.

I've been wanting this hat for over a year
I ordered a t-shirt for my son for Christmas, extra large, expecting the usual cotton. What I got was a small to medium nylon--They appear to be unaware of American sizes--and it didn't come til after the holiday.

Not impressed with quality of items. The sizing isn't quite what I like either. (I'm speaking of the shirts I ordered in the past, not the socks!) The socks are ok. It takes quite awhile for shipping and I guarantee you we will NEVER return anything because it's to much trouble. The tee shirts I ordered are not true to size and the quality is bad.

I do have a little trouble understanding how to apply discounts. I found the clothing to be accurate on sizing. Also the quality was good. Well worth the price.
Remember to order a size bigger in the clothes than you would normally. My L/S T-shirt that I ordered fits well because I did this.
Although the shoes were the right size, I couldn't get them on and was disappointed so I said I would return them. But they offered me a 20-percent refund so if I spend a bit more time stretching them (canvas) I think they will become easier to get on.
They emailed back very promptly and I was impressed.
I need to know whether I can sign for the parcel because it would fit in my letterbox.
