Ordering was easy. Shipping takes a lot longer than anticipated. Photos of clothing and actual look of clothing can vary quite a bit, especially type and quality of fabric and the actual color of some items. This happens with many online ordering companies, it's just a frustration with Nora Cora, as well.
Love the clothes and customer service goes out of their way to help. Just wish it didn't take so long to get. But not upset about it.

Noracora has beautiful clothes and the website was easy to use. The only thing that I was a little disappointed in was that I did not get my free shipping applied to my order and I didn't realize it until after I had already paid. Not sure if I did something incorrect at checkout or not. I thought it would automatically apply the coupon code since I was well over the price threshold. Other than that, everything else was great. I received everything and it all fit very well.
I received my items and the entire order was the wrong size. The items came listed as the sizes I ordered but the merchandise was mismarked. The sizes were way too small. A 3x would only fit a large or medium size.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

The size chart is not as accurate as they could be. My clothes were a little large.
I ordered pieces from Noracora after carefully reviewing their website and "easy" return policy. The pieces arrived in gross fabric-oil odor. The sizes were all absurd; a woman's small was that if a child; the woman medium was more like a 2x. When I submitted the return I learned I must send to China at my expense ($92) from where I lived with no assurance I would be refunded as they must "inspect the clothing" before issuing the return. Ironic. Or, they would offer 15% refund of the cost so I don't have to return via mail. I went to my credit card -Capital One Visa who is well aware of the Noracora misleading services and they refunded my money. The US distribution is out of a window-covered office office in NY next to a Chinese laundry; no sign, no visible storefront. The British distribution is out of a house. After Capital One visa third party department reviewed the refund, they denied it and so I had to pay. NO ONE should ever use this company. I turned it into every consumer review known, but they continue to operate and continue to send me advertising even after I asked to be deleted. Do not buy-block their emails-tell everyone you know to run!

I placed a fairly large order ($250+) - considering their prices. I've requested several times for a return authorization and I have not heard received any further communication. I'll be following this review with an official complaint to both the BBB and my bank.
Save yourself the headache - the clothes are poorly made, the photos on the website, and the actual garment are night and day.
I was hopeful when it seemed they would send the appropriate documentation to return the clothing, but in the end, they just stopped responding to my emails. I'm done and will let the BBB and my bank deal with them.

I had to return all my orders cause not only the large size Looks like double XL and the materials is not what I expected. They did not mention what kind of materials it consists. I'm so disappointed and pay extra to mail them back.

Easy to use, lots of nice merchandise to choose from
Good prices and nice clothes, but it tool very long time to arrive. It was almost a month.

Answer: Suggest you immediately contact your card company and cancel and dispute as they do not respond to emails. Just once in awhile a random email to say in process. You should get money back as they haven't shipped yet. Per their advertised policy you can cancel tell your bank. As didn't ship yet. When they do if they do send anything it is garbage.

Answer: I recently filed a complaint against Noracora with the Federal Trade Commission. In addition, I opened a case against them with United States Postal Service for mail fraud, since they are shipping falsely advertised goods through the United States Postal service. I invite all who've experienced the same false advertising, terrible quality and customer service from this company with no return policy and no way of getting your money back to do the same. Let's stop these thieves!
Answer: They're a fraudulent company. They will send you an address in Guangzhou and have you pay postage and then refuse your package in their country. Call your credit card company and do everything they ask so you will get a credit back to your account. YOU WILL NEED TO DEMONSTRATE ALL YOUR EFFORTS AND CONTACTS MADE TO RESOLVE. DO NOT SPEND MONEY ON POSTAGE. THIS IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Answer: Most likely you'll be waiting another two months for your items. I ordered 5 items on May 21. I received two of the items yesterday (July 20), one of which is nothing like the image on the site. The other three items I have no idea where they are or when/if I'll even get them. Hard lesson learned, for sure!
