The order and delivery process was wonderful. However, the product has not done what I expected it to do. We bought new living room furniture with a very strong odor to it. Apparently it had been stored in a warehouse for a length of time and it is very musty and chemical smelling. My husband is not bothered by it at all, but I still can't sit in the living room for long because it is very irritating to me. The nodor bags worked for a day and then the smell is back.
Everything went well. First time ordering from this company. Sure hope it works.

Everything was basically fine but I didn't like the fact that I had to put in all my info BEFORE I could learn what forms of payment you actually accept. I was glad you take Paypal, which I preferred, but I hate to put my email address down before learning that. I sincerely hope I will not be getting spammed...

Hoping the product is as effective as the web site! Happily the dead mouse smell has vanished from our home office. We hung the bag on the doorknob (the heat/return air goes in and out the door). Neutral perfume-free deodorizing.
The reuseability of the product is very attractive. I doubt this is our last mouse in the office wall.
We did pay for 2-day delivery; the product did reach our post office in two days, but it took another two days for the product to reach us. No worries. It was worth the wait.
I couldn't be more impressed with the product. Just one day after putting the NoOdor bag in my car the odors are dispersing. I will not hesitate to buy this product again!

When it comes to horrible stenches that are bad, one can get a little accustomed to the smell. Well my neighbor who had visited earlier return after just a day or so and said she couldn't believe how we had gotten redid of dead mouse stench so quickly. Well done NoOdor.com
They don't seem to be working as well as I had hoped, Also I thought the pads would be larger than they are
Hope it rids the smell as well as the navigation and checkout process. Unfortunately, It did very little for the foul smell from under the house coming up, from a dead animal.
I just received my order and I will be anxious to try it.
