The package was broken open all over but you said it would be replaced.

It was easy to order, and came relatively quickly. However, I ordered two items, and they got it half right. Sent the wrong item for one of the things I ordered. Still waiting to hear from Customer Service.
I have a 10'X12" shed with a dead rat that had been in it for three weeks prior to hanging the no odor packet up. After one week there is no change in the smell. Tomorrow I will put the packet in the sun to reactivate it and see if that will make it work any better.
For some reason the Priority Ship took a week, but to be fair there was bad weather. The product does work, and quickly. Mice were getting into a guest room, and we found and blocked the entrance, and they must have been trapped there and the smell was awful. Within 24 hours with two pouches and a small fan to circulate air, the room smells neutral! I had thrown out all the bedding and literally washed the walls and floors, but that smell persisted, so this will hopefully take care of it until it dries up. It has restored my sanity!
