The order placing and delivery is great. Unfortunately the product was a complete failure. This is the second time i have ordered from NoOdor and both times the product failed to live up to its hype. In fact it didn't work at all. I have spent a good deal of money with nothing to show for it. I will not order again but rather look for other products from a different manufacturer. I will however provide on line reviews to help other customers with similar product expectations. The smelleze and other mothball odor products are not good at all and did not make one bit of difference. The mothball odor remains and i have wasted about $60. In fact my initial order arrived with the plastic pouch ripped open.

There was a mix up with the shipment. It was actually in Louisville on Wednesday very close to my location but was then sent to Missouri by accident by USPS. I received the product the following week and tried the product but it doesn't seem to work at all. It was supposed to deodorize a newly painted room. This room is about 200 sqft. It didn't work.

Hello, my first NoOdor order was not what I expected, however, I will order again after thoroughly researching the product.
I was happy to get delivery so quickly. I ordered 2 of the same device
One came without the necessary, insertable clips. I did email company but have not heard back yet. Thanks if you can help resolve this.

Very helpful so far. Hope product works. Our basement flooded and the musty odor from the 150 year old house basement was penetrating the entire placed. Since it is winter, opening up the house is not an option right now. So I found this product on line and ordered.
I placed the bags, two in each cold air duck return and in the basement entrance.
They have been there for 4 days now and I am starting to notice a difference. You can still smell the musty odor from time to time but again they have only been in place 4 days.
