Justgot it yesterday, so far I don't see a change, but maybe I did not add enough. I will keep trying.

I was very satisfied for the delivery time. We had purchased a used Queen Ann dresser and it had a horrible moth ball smell in it. The NoOdor product we bought is working and I hope after several more days of use I will be able to store clothes in the dresser.

I just got it so I have to wait a month or so to see if it takes cigarette odor out of a vintage handbag. I am following directions.

The order took longer than we expected. But the worst part is that the stench is just as bad or worse than it was a week ago. So unfortunately your product has done no good.

Thankfully, I received the email confirmation that the package was getting shipped. Realized I gave the incorrect address. Sent back a response immediately and crisis was averted. Received an email from customer service that the address was corrected and shipped!

Had trouble with prompt shipping.

Car floor seemed dry to the touch, a week after the professional cleaing, but when I applied this product to neutralize the bad odor, it became wet in certain spots, extracting even more moisture out of the carpet! It took three applications to get the vomit stench out, but it did the trick. I am going to stock up on this!

Wish I'd known about this type of product 10 days sooner.
