Contents of items was confusing at first. Odor control bags description implied they would treat areas but I think it's only the bags and the granules need to be purchased separately so that's what I did. Hope I didn't over buy. It will help consumers if "contents: 1 bag (granules need to be ordered separately)" or whatever applies is included in your descriptions.

We have a dead mouse problem in our basement. Too early to tell if this product is working.

It seemed like it took a long time to receive my order but I understand that my order had to go through Canadian Customs so that is understandable.

I needed a non-toxic air freshener/cleaner as spray because I am allergic to the FRAGRANCE in other air fresheners. During my online research I ran into NoOdor.com and saw that they had a product that sounded ideal. Even better, it had a concentrate that would give me a longer window of use. I bought it. I am very happy with how little of the NoOdor concentrate needs to be used to give me a product that really works.

I'm overall satistied with the delivery of my product.

The ostomy granuels work fine to turn liquid to gel but dont work much at getting rid of odor.

Just wish I had received an answer to my question before I completed my order about which product would be best to order..
