Order came promptly, haven't had time to see if it actually woks yet.

The site is a bit difficult to negotiate.

Opened the package, placed one packet in the pantry and could immediately tell the difference. I hope it goes the distance.

I wish the product came a little faster...for my own reasons because I was in survival mode trying to get the smell under control before we had a ton of company for the weekend. Maybe a little more directions would be helpful. I had layers and layers of chicken droppings mixed with mud...i removed first...but did I have too?
