I just thought the website was a little confusing. I have ordered from you before and couldn't find exactly what I had bought before. I was looking for the different sizes of charcoal packets you sell and it was more by odor.

Haven't had the product long but seems to be working well

All instructions easy to follow and all information was helpful. I was very doubtful but this product definitely works. I would highly recommend it to anyone who has that basement musty smell.

Unfortunately it took longer to receive than expected. We have it now, and will put to work and see if it can remove to mildew and pet odor in the basement.

Based on the reviews I saw on-line I was expecting this product to eliminate the vomit odor in my Jeep but unfortunately it did not despite my drenching my entire vehicle in the powder

So far it has done the job with no odor of its own.
