Great 1st buying experience with the. Received the item in days. So now I'm hooked and they know it. Well, items don't come and they do not respond. Then they say they are back logged. Never get items. Finally they tell me they cannot get the items any longer. Then whey did they sell them to me? Finally got a refund but will never even look at that site again. Their sister site if bickrack.com and it is even worse.
I have ordered twice from this site and both times have received my items in a timely manner. I ordered a purse and a pair of sandals. The first order took about 10 days to receive. The second order took five days from ordering to receiving. Before ordering anything from this site, I made sure that I researched everything about their process and looked at their reviews. I have seen a slew of mixed reviews for this site so I guess my only advice would be to never order from this site if you need the item in a certain time frame as it is unclear when you will recieve your item. Other than this, I have had good luck with the site.
Product came late, never got a 'tracking ticket", had to email three times to find out what as going on. It arrived packed in a defective banged up box in a plastic bag - item was a purse that was supposed to be of $125 quality for $25.00 - it was a $10.00 purse - shipped wrong color with no directions to return it. I ordered a purse from the website and got an order confirmation immediately but the order # was blank. I checked my bank and they had also immediatley taken the money out of my account. So I emailed them and asked for my order number. They said they didn't have a record of my order. After going back and forth and emailing them a copy of my bank statement showing they took the money out, they said they will refund my money, but it would take 2 weeks. After two weeks and still no refund I emailed them again. That's when they got ugly. Finally after no response and no resolution, I contacted the Better Business Bureau. They replied to the complaint again saying they would refund the money. It is now 3 months later and I still havent' gotten a refund and the Better Business Bureau has closed the case. They say they can't make the business pay but that it will go on their record. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE!
I have ordered from the site 3 times and only recieved one item. Weeks and weeks went by with the status not changing for processing. I had to call both times to get my money back. If they don't have the items on hand to ship, they shouldn't be selling them, right? I wouldn't buy from here again.
I've ordered 3 things just on a whim. I first got a short-sleeved shirt that looked beautiful (and was marked pretty pricey) in the picture, so I figured "Why not, I'll try it". Everything with the transaction went right, shipped quick, but when I took the shirt out, it was like the thinnest material I've ever felt, and it most certainly was not the "superior quality" as claimed in the pricey picture. Since it fit ok & I could get by, I just let it go, because it wasn't expensive. On another day ordered another shirt, babydoll cut type. This one wasn't so bad, but didn't fit quite right. Ok, gave it to my daughter. Most recently, I ordered a cute purse from them. VERY expensive purse, very cute. Well, when I got it, there was a tag on it that said "known in the State of California to CAUSE cancer and possible birth defects" (or something to that effect about birth defects). WHY DID THEY NOT TELL YOU THAT IN THE DESCRIPTION? I was FURIOUS. I feel that I should (all consumers) have been told of this FIRST and given the chance to decide for myself whether or not to get it. I'm sending it back immediately, and 3 strikes they are OUT and I will never order another thing from them. Now from reading other people's experiences, I hope they don't mess with my credit card somehow... ugh.
Boy... if there are any sites worse than this I have yet to experience them!
I ordered items for the first time back in December. Received them WAY after when they were expected. I figured it was just my "luck" so didn't blame the site (they offered to credit back my account, no refund, or wait for the product). I then ordered items on March 31st... and by May 27th I still had not received it. I reached out to them to see what was going on and they gave me my money back (they informed me that the product was out of stock but "didn't know why I didn't get notified")
I decided getting "deals" is not worth the headache this place causes, so I requested my account to be canceled. They sent me an email saying I agreed to pay $99 for their other site I DO NOT USE! WTFrick!

The first time I ordered from this site, everything came in good condition.
(I had heard about the site from the show "The Talk.")
At the end of April, I placed a second order for a cream Liz Claiborne purse. It never showed up... I figured 2-3 weeks shipping as they'd stated. I contacted customer service, and they responded saying they would look into it. After a week of no updates, I contacted them again. A month after my purchase, a plastic package came. A black purse I didn't recognized was shipped. They had shipped something that I didn't order to me. It has some scratch marks and the handle is bent out of shape. There was no packaging... the purse was just shipped as is in a plastic bag.
I'd emailed them asking for a return label and refund. "Rica" in customer service responded saying that the original bag I'd ordered may not be in stock. (?)
But does not answer my questions. She didn't tell me before that it wasn't in stock so I had the option to cancel the order. I am still trying to resolve this issue.
When I checked my account, the image of the bag I ordered was totally changed/ altered. They now show the black purse instead of the cream one I'd wanted.
DO NOT order from this company. They have no phone number for contacting and it's really hard to get customer service to repond to you properly.
Had a HORRIBLE experience with the sister site of this company bidrack.com. And as I've read here (checkout sitejabber comments posted on bidrack.com) others have also had similar experiences. Stupidly entered my credit card info on their site - because of the way they have the web site set up - in order to find out what they actually have to bid on, you enter your card info first. Well I didn't understand I was actually purchasing $99 worth of bids when I entered this information! When, on the next page it indicated I had purchased $99 of bids, and I realized what I had inadvertently done I was shocked. I would have never thrown that much money away for bids, and I tried to contact customer support (only email worked) to get a refund. Nothing doing! First they offered me more free bids, and when I indicated, no, I wanted a refund not more bids - there was nothing I wanted - they wrote back, too bad, I had clicked on their agreement which says "no refunds on unused bids!" There's nothing on the site I'm even remotely interested in bidding on. And my credit card company says they can't reject the charge because their terms of service agreement spell out no refunds! WOW. Awful. Also, 24/7 customer service # is an outright lie *******225). I called their number over a dozen times at various times of the day because their a British Columbia time zone. No answer ever. Either got hung up on, or got endless music on hold. After numerous email complaints a "customer service representative" called me yesterday and said they would refund $39. Given the way they've operated so far, I'm not holding my breath. Am I supposed to be grateful for such scamming? Admittedly, being the victim of such an experience makes one feel awful, like the world's biggest idiot, sucker. Any further ideas/suggestions how to fight this gratefully accepted. At least others should be warned of the snake pit their stepping into. There's got to be a constructive way to get them and others like them regulated to prevent these people from robbing/scamming more people!
Nomorerack, Bidrack & Savebig are all owned by the same 3 criminals. They are total scams. Bidrack actually refunded me my $60. (that I purchased 100 bids with... stupid stupid stupid!) but it was only after I threatened them with the BBB, my bank & a lawyer in about 50 emails I sent during a 2 day period. I still reported them to BBB, IC3 & other online complaints boards. Notify BBB, IC3, Apple, Dell, Coach, Gucci, Walmart, Target, Best Buy & the other big names Bidrack uses to scam people. Lets shut them down! If you haven't been scammed by Bidrack, then AVOID them like the plague! They're hateful!
Warn everyone to stay away from them! & KEEP REPORTING THEM!
This site is a complete scam. They charged my card for items not purchased. Refused to refund the money, don't answer their phone. RUN! The other way and spread the word. Nothing is such a good deal that it is worth them stealing from you! They are a fraud. A pig with lipstick is still a pig.
This site has a multitude of problems.
Every single item I have ordered that did not have a name brand has been cheap Chinese knock-off junk. Beware of any jewelry that doesn't have a specific brand, you are going to get junk. Quite a few of the items being offered have been discontinued cosmetic and fragrance products that haven't been around in years.
It takes them forever to ship anything. I don't know where the items are coming from, but each one has shipped from a different location. I'm not sure if they are from dropshippers or what, but you have to be really patient because it's going to take a LONG time to get anything.
And they have their credits set up so that you have to order $20 worth of stuff to use a $10 credit. I'm not sure about other credits because I've never gotten to the point they would let me use them.
Avoid this site unless you want a frustrating experience, cheap knock-off products and outdated and expired items.
Worst company ever! I placed an order in late March and now it's late April and my item has yet to even be shipped, despite getting responses from them saying it would ship over a week ago. I'll give them a week longer before I ask for a refund, but i'm never using their site again! Oh and does anybody have the number for their customer service department? I'm sick of getting their emails that are clearly generic and computer generated.
Will never order from this site again - I have learned an expensive lesson. Have received defective goods, returned them and never get a credit. This site sucks!
Been over a month and a half, no product, no word. I emailed them with all account and order numbers and received no response. Gave it a week and emailed them again and got a customer ticket number. When I go to track the status of the issue the page never loads. I'll give them a week and then go through the fun of disputing the charge. Bummer as I really wanted these headphones :( Do not recommend.
I am one of those customers that stupidly kept going back for more punishment. Let me tell you why... They would keep giving me credits or gift cards to compensate for all the errors they were making. Don't fall for the same mistake with the lure of "free" stuff. Some of the issues I had were... Items "mailed" but never received, wrong items shipped, broken items, and extremely long shipping times. In addition to those mistakes; I would write to them and ask what was taking so long with shipping and of course I would get the run a round with fluffy messages like "It's coming we are backed up" or "We are processing and it should be shipped out soon" and when I would get fed up and demand an exact ship time I would get "We are so sorry that item is out of stock"! That happened 3 times. This has to be the absolute worst on line shopping site that I have ever went too and I shop a lot on line. I mistakenly thought their sister site "Bidrack" would be better but to no evail they suck just as bad. I only purchased one item off of that site but you have to understand it is a biding site. So I spend hours on my computer bidding on an item and got excited when I won a dell lap top for like 38$ (mind you I spent like $100 on bids) but still it was an excellent deal. I have waited about a month and of course the website says "processing". When I contacted the site today they said "So sorry our supplier didn't deliver so you actaully didn't win the lap top. We will credit you back $399 dollars (the price of the laptop) in BIDS!" Once again a ploy to keep me shopping on their site. They are soooooo rediculous. I feel stupid and utterly used by this site. DO NOT SHOP ON THIS SITE IT IS A SCAM!
Stay AWAY from this site! I must really be insane because I kept going back to them expecting different results. I placed TWO orders with them in Jan. First order I placed came, I had ordered 3 items but there were only 2 in the box, but was still charged for 3. Ok, so I wrote them (because there is NO customer service number on their site that I can find!), they told me they would send a replacement item... It is APRIL tomorrow, still no replacement item. No refund. Nothing. Second order I placed a day after the first never even SHIPPED! Their customer service told me for a MONTH that it indeed had shipped. Again, still not in the mail, The order status in my profile even says PROCESSING still. I have contacted them SIX times now! I placed a third order this month (Yes, I am crazy...) and it shipped with a tracking number but only shows ONE item as shipped, yet I was still charged for two. I am HOPING the item is shipping out separately but I highly doubt it.
I am done, done, done with this site. You should avoid it like the plaque.
Worst online experience of my life! It takes at least a month to mail most of the items. Then IF they mail it the stuff is junk. Or something is missing. I have had something wrong with almost every order. Customer service is very skilled at using pretty words to lie and swindle you. I returned a package two months ago. I still haven't gotten a full refund. A RIP OFF!
I ordered myself, my mom and a friend a pet blanket from the site early January and didn't receive the product until early March! I contacted Customer Service and all they would offer me was a CREDIT to THEIR site. Ridiculous. I will NEVER shop on this site ever again.
I have ordered one thing from nomorerack and after three weeks I did receive the item and I did like it. However, their sister site, nobidrack.com I am beginning to think is ia scam. I've "won" about 10 items from there beginning on Feb. 9 and have only received one item so far. Customer service continues to say the other items will be shipped shortly and to expect a 2-3 week delivery date. It's been four weeks now... I would not recommend this site at all.

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
