I spent some time coming to the site and checking out "deals" but when I found something I was interested in I kept coming across messages that told me that this item is not available in my area. I noticed that the company is based in Vancouver BC and I live in Winnipeg Cda, made no sense to me. I found the site very hard to get around in and looking for information on how this works very unclear. As for the bigger items, I never did see one post.

I signed up to nomorerack and when good deals pop up it will not let me bid. Everything else on the page i can purchase but not the insanity and the real good items. I think this sight is a fraud.
I have made over a dozen purchases from this site over the last year or so. Yes, shipping has taken awhile on a couple of those items and once I realized that, I work with it. I have also been able to return purchases that I did not like for a full refund. I will keep using this site. If you do your research before purchasing, stay away from unknown brands and keep the shipping times in mind, you can get some really great bargains. If I am working on a specific timeframe for delivery, I don't use this site.
I've place two orders with this company. The first order I placed with them was for a $25 coat (original price $375) and a purse for $5.00. I had a $10 friend credit. So I spent about$24. Coat arrived two weeks later - I ordered a medium - it was too small for my Mom (no returns allowed). It was a Japanese brand (Ailin.com)? So I sold it to a friend for $30. I never got the purse. I contacted them and they apologized but said the item was no longer available. So they put a credit on my account for $40! (They gave me a credit for my $10 referral, the cost of the purse and the cost of the coat, even though I got the coat.) Second order - I ordered a pair of $145 sunglasses for $25 - used my credits. Glasses arrived within a week and I love them. I don't see anything I'm interested in very often. I loved that coat and googled it before I bought it and was shocked to see that it cost that much! Yes the shipping is slow but I've had good response from them.
I ordered something 3 weeks ago. Have not seen it. The tracking number that I finally got from them indicates it has never been sent. They tell me I have to wait 3 weeks from the ship day in order to get a refund, but I pointed out there IS NO SHIP DAY. They came back and said oh. Then wait 3 weeks and check back with us.
I am not sure these guys are legitimate. Good thing I experimented with a very cheap item.
"NoMoreRackl" daily deal website ad caught my eye. As precaution, I Google'd "NoMoreRack reviews." Consistently shows Thumbs Down, with one star reviews. In process, I came across SiteJabber.com, a consumer protection and advocacy service.
There are Deals of the day that are really unattainable unless you site at you computer all day keying in others Email addresses to get things for free... I thought it was a bidding site for items at low cost.
I waited over 3 weeks to receive merchandise that was obviously broken prior to packing and shipping. I contacted them and was told I would have to pay to return the broken items and that if THEY deemed the return valid I would receive store credit only for the items and the return shipping. They seemed to assume I would WANT to purchase from them again. I posted a complaint at SCAMBOOK. Com and a CS agent from Nomorerack responded that they would in fact credit me without my having to ship the item. Looked good on paper as they say because it's been a month and no credit. I'm not holding my breath considering the hundreds of complaints I have read about tis company and it's sister site BIDRACK.
Same as everyone else. The first 2 orders came promptly from the U.S. through a U.S. shipping service. After that, forget it. Things took forever, would get canned responses, things still weren't shipped after a month, things obviously came from Asia through an Asian shipping company on a slow boat. The merchandise I finally did receive was substandard. Canceled my subscription and disputed the charges.
Well I am another that is not happy! I ordered just one item and have waited 3 weeks for it to come in. I inquired today and the chat csr was no help at all. Provided me a bogus tracking number for a bogus shipping site based in SINGAPORE! The csr told me they were based in New York. This is scam everyone. My husband and I got scammed from an over seas company posing as an American company for $4000. It is just a shame what these people get away with! They have a great concept and great site and who would have known it is not so legit? I guess that is what they are banking on right? Steer clear folks! I wonder if our credit cards are compromised now? P.S. I only chose one star because I had to, they really deserve NO stars!
They sent my order because Paypal contacted them. Otherwise, it'd have never come.
I ordered a camera and it was defective. I returned it after numerous emails unanswered and many frustrating online chats. After 2 months, I still have not received my refund, even with proof of return postage. I would not recommend this site at all!
Ordered item on 9/26, charged my account on 9/27, emailed on 10/4 with a response saying it takes 2-3 weeks for customers to RECEIVE the item. It is now 3 weeks and not even a shipment confirmation. What kind of business takes your money, without the guarantee of the customer actually receiving the item? A shady one that's what. STAY AWAY. No matter how good the deals are, I will give my money to a business that treats their customers better than this. IDEELI.COM has never steered my wrong. No more rack can suck it.
Terrible first experience. I knew shipping was 2-3 weeks, my order took a little over 3 weeks. Two sets of glass bowls arrived broken. Shipped in a box with no bubble wrap, etc. so OF COURSE they arrived broken. Have to return at my own expense, was promised "credits" for shipping but I am won't use them because I won't order again.
I've ordered from NoMoreRack 10+ times. Everything has been received, except one order, and they promptly refunded my money and gave me a credit for shipping. I've been very pleased with everything I have received from them.
Ordered a handbag and got it in 3 weeks as they have told, BUT RUST was falling off the metal parts! BEWARE!
They sent me an eye cream that already expired 3 years ago!
I thought I was getting a great deal when I bought a really cute pair of shoes for $4 (S&H included)! I had about $20 worth of credit, so after using all of that, I only had to pay $2 (plus $2 S&H). However, when I received the item, it was not at all what I ordered. What I thought I ordered was a really cute pair of shoes, and while the shoes I received were the correct brand, they were the incorrect style. These shoes I received looked like (pardon my language) hooker shoes, and I was very unhappy. After sending an email to customer service, I was told that I would have to send them back (and pay the S&H myself) to get credit. So basically, I will be paying more money than it's worth to receive credit for this item. Credit I will never use because I do not plan on buying from this site ever again.
I have ordered three times. First time, I ordered a "low price" item as I did not want to take much risks. It arrived in about four weeks. The product was satisfactory. I have ordered two more times since then. The shipping / arrival time has been a little over three weeks both of these times also. I am happy with all three products I have ordered and received. I wish they could further fine-tune their process and reduce the shipping / arrival time.
The worst customer service I have ever dealt with! I emailed them four times starting in April regarding an order I placed in MARCH. It is now almost August. Never once have they responded to my emails, and when I used the live customer service help, all they told me was to send an email! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not use this company!

Answer: I think everyone in this position should start filing reports with the authorities! No reputable business treats customers like this. Get the word out on this scam company. It's the ones who give up and walk away that keeps choxi/nomorerack alive
Answer: I believe it depends on what you order, and from which "partner" company is offering it. Folks, Choxi is not shipping this stuff out. They are however, the ones raking in the cash. The reason you get so many packages is because it is being shipped from those companies. Choxi is the middleman. IF you got your orders correct, Good for you, I for one am happy that you didn't have the nightmare of dealing with what a vast many of people have. But, No, there are no exaggerations... I can only speak for myself, and, use facts supported by documentation. The comments I read seemed eerily similar to my own. The ONLY reason I got refunded was due to the involvement of the BBB of NY. I was getting ignored and a run around before that. Choxi is NOT holding the companies that are sending shoddy merchandise or not sending merchandise at all accountable. It seems that they don't care, after they get paid you are on your own. Does this mean they can't change those faults. NO, it doesn't. It does mean that they need to vet their partners a little more stringently, and to hold them accountable, before subjecting consumers en masse. What I wrote in my first post is the complete truth.
Answer: Consider yourself lucky they do not ship to Canada. Horrible company to buy anything from! Would definitely NOT recommend buying from them - even torn newspaper for a 2-year old to have fun throwing them away. They will find a way to mess up that too.

Answer: There is NO return policy. One item I bought from them was not at all what was pictured and di not fit. I returned it to them with the label they sent me, only to have it returned back to my home saying it was not a valid address. What the...? It is their label! And I was only credited $ 6.00 of the $17.00 purchase price. They said they only accept items for return if they are defective. Another item was defective, so I i quired how to get an exchange for a workable item. They would not even exchange it, nor refund my money, nor could I send it back. They are liars and just want your money for the crappy products they sell. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
