V. poor service from rude and unhelpful staff. Lacking address details- supplying just a postcode and no other directions for how to get there. Limited telephone contact- just ringing through to a voice mail and when we arrive 20 mins late the arrogant s. African instructor decides the 2 boys can't join the trip. Pathetic, treat your customers like this and word will spread.
