My parents bought me an rc car from nitrotek when I was a kid and loved it! Now I'm an adult bought my son one and myself a monster truck, again I love mine but my sons birthday isn't while July so he's gotta wait but he loves mine. Their is no one to speak to technical over the phone about what parts were needed for my car, I found this a huge problem and had to do it over email which was very vague in the response given. I have had to chance buying the parts needed hopefully they are right.
They really need a person over the phone who can assist people.

After 7 weeks since I buy the bike stilll wait for my refund and nothing. No comment... just think twice before you buy something. I attach one picture with that new bike. Joke.

I bought 5 different rc stuff until today and I am very satisfied from this company. Their rc gadgets are very good, also they make very good packaging. If you give order before 11 am your parcel coming one day.

Their help services is little bit slow. I hope they will improve it.

This website is very good for anyone into rc as the cars and parts are cheap and the shipping times are very quick. The only downside about the site is that the postage is quite expensive at £10 so its good to make the most of it by ordering as many items as you can afford.

Paid in full on two orders to receive information on my account my iteams have been shipped and supplied tracking number witch don't work and are not rekonised bye parcel Force or royal mail the parcel Force was ment to be express 24hour witch I won't receive my nitro car bye then that's even if I do ever get it. I have emailed but have been ingored bye staff
