This store is a pleasurable to browse through. It's filled with cool
Rc models and supplies, with enough variety to satisfy nearly every
Age group. I found many rc toys I wanted to give to my niece and
Nephews. This place is amazing when you're a kid and really expensive
When you're an adult.

Ordered two front and two rear shock towers which after 3 weeks of waiting never arrived. Rang and emailed and they stated they'd chase it up with Royal mail and get back to me. Emailed once again asking of the progress and could new parts be sent out. To which they confirmed they would send new parts through management. Been waiting overall just over 2 and a half months. Nothing at all has arrived and despite numerous emails asking and stating my disappointment and annoyance they now no longer reply to any of my emails. Absolutely disgusting company and appalling customer service. Highly recommend to avoid this company at all costs!

Plenty of options. So for that aspect I give it 5 stars.

This is a fantastic hobby shop for remote control everything. I am
Starting to become interested in quadcopters. I have visited other
Few online shops and nothing else compares in terms of inventory,
Price, and personal pride in their store. When it is time for me to
Drop some serious change on a quad, without a doubt this is where I am

Not expensive and they have everything you could want from a hobby
Store. Really nice selection of imaginative play toys--think cars,
Trucks, planes, tanks etc. They have better pricing on the toys than
Toys r us and Amazon. (in most cases). Overall, great experience.

I bought a remote control monster truck for my grandson for his birthday. I have never received an order confirmation despite asking three times and receiving promises that it would be sent. The truck was rattling around loose in the box when it arrived as the plastic holding strap had broken. Ultimately it didn't affect the operation of the truck. However, the battery lead split on the second charge and my son has been asking for a replacement battery from Nitrotek ever since as he thinks this is unacceptable. He sent photographs to back up what we were saying and after many emails back and forth he's had no joy at all. The company want him to return the battery where it will join a queue for inspection and this could take weeks or possibly even months to resolve. We, like many others, are at the mercy of Nitrotek's terrible customer service. They hide behind emails and really don't give a hoot! I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing. I was going to do a charge back via my bank but having read of another person's troubles after doing just that I've changed my mind. Instead I'll leave this review and hope that people read it before buying from Nitrotek. What an awful company. Buyer beware.

I bought a car Maruader 30 cc from Nitrotek and it broke down after my first tank. The diff on the car is not enough to handel the force and breaks down after one tank. I contacted support and after sending pictures of the car and diff they asked me to send the diff to them. I has no gone more then two month and I am stil waiting for my parts. I have asked and asked what happends and now they dont even write back. The diff is the same as on smaller cars and not up to the task also there is no such diff for sale on there site. Also the specifications on there site was wrong for the car as they didnt deliver with the controller as specified, they say they can change specification without any responsibility. Also there swedish support dont work and the swedish support/order number goes to someone who dont speak swedish or English. I now have a brand new car without parts and are waiting for any respons. Nitrotek is not reliable - dont buy from them is my advice.

I have been dealing with Nitrotek since 2005. It is my favorite hobby shop for RC car shopping and upgrades They are very knowledgeable and helpful. If you need an RC car or parts I would recommend Nitrotek as your first stop.

Plenty of variety of planes for any stage of the enthusiast, I'd recommend this shop to anyone with even an inkling of interest in RCs.

I have been buying from them over the past 5 years of my life. I have gone through different hobbies from RC cars, to boats, to planes, to helicopters, to model tanks, and plastic models. They have always had what I want. If they don't, they will order for me. Once my car had a problem with the shaft, and they fixed it for free, and only charged me with the price of the part.

The shop is well versed in all hobbies, from plastic models, RC, tanks, planes, and everything in between! And its best selection in town. Also reasonably priced. I appreciate that they usually have a large amount and decent variety of rc cars.

Bought a model buggy for my son christmas 2014 at £170. Worked for fifteen minutes then speed controller packed up. Simple I thought, should be covered under warranty. How wrong was I? Useless online advice from their help desk got nowhere. Told i needed to wait for returns number which never appeared so said i was returning it anyway for repair. Nothing for six weeks despite endless emails asking for updates. Then informed that i needed to provide proof I had even sent it! Cut a long story short had to got through small claims court to get them to repair the model, finally got it back over six months after it stopped working. Pity as i liked the look of some other models, but i will never deal with this bunch of goons again.

Best hobby store in town. A lot of people complain about customer service but this is not a shrink temple ok you get your parts and then move on what do you people expect to get worshiped or something they have every part you would need always in stock. You can't buy a plane, crash it and then try to return it. I am giving 5 stars straight way.
