I placed order #******* on Saturday and then phoned up today and placed order #******* today. I've bought many things from Nitrotek over the years and wouldn't buy R/C toys or parts from anyone else. The main reason for this is that they are experts in their field. Any problems or queries I have had, they have sorted on the phone. They are really helpful and friendly. Whoever I spoke to this morning to place todays order was lovely and couldn't do enough to help me - I felt bad I was keeping her so long! Superb, expert Company and thoroughly recommended.

Wanted WL Toys V950 heli shipped from UK, yes you pay slightly more but not much. Also ordered just as Covid lock down was happening, got conformation of order recieved and that it may be a couple of days later than usual service. Got helicopter around 7days after order but in this climate that was fine and communication was good. Additional spre was not in box Sent but this has been resolved with a refund. Thank you nitrotek.

Delivery was efficient. But Day 2 the item failed.
Trying to get the item returned was an absolute nightmare. Even then they try to fob me off that a technician needs to inspect and report before the next course of action is decided. At this point I reminded them of the Distance Selling Laws which apply here in the UK and that I am entitled to a full refund within 14 days of ordering which this was. If they ignore this there are several options to me which will be considered
