Customer service will straight up lie to you about an error. I work as an application engineer, so I know a bit about computers. They changed the server and then tried to make it seem as if I used the wrong IP. Even though I've always been copying it from the Web Interface.
Before I could use my server, I had to go through troubles as if I was at work. If you're prepared to put in some work to make your server do the things you're paying for, rent@ nitrado.
I've had nothing but troubles over the years of using nitrado. I try to host as many servers as I can myself. I'd recommend you do the same. It's easy and cheap.
I must express my disappointment with the services and products provided by this company. While they may appear impressive on paper, the reality is far from satisfactory. It feels like a group of inexperienced individuals is running the show. I have encountered numerous problems, ranging from unhelpful customer support to subpar product offerings. Surprisingly, these issues are not limited to the current server I rented; I have faced similar frustrations with previous server rentals. Despite initially believing in their quality, I find myself questioning why I continued to return.

It feels like the devs over at Nitrado just added features in a rush to their panel and put very vague descriptions on it. Localization is even worse, it's bad when your customers have to translate time outside of their localization, I've seen internal systems better made than Nitrado and that's the backend of systems. Do not buy here, it's a shame this company lacks decent competency when it comes to anything convenient for the customer, it's almost like they are punishing you for using them. I hope the worst for this company and the only reason they're in business is their monopoly and contracts with certain companies to require them to have services with their clients. I hope in the future said companies avoid Nitrado and they go bankrupt

I purchased an arma 3 server from Nitrado, it worked fine for about 3 days, then was impossible to connect to for a week. I made multiple tickets for support, but all they did was change the server location and the issue persisted, so i asked for a refund, it took 3 DAYS for a response, by then it was past the full refund date. Stay tf away

Terrible server quality for the expensive costs. The platform is a buggy steaming pile of horse-radish. The user interface is convoluted, some of the features are bugged and don't properly work. Navigating to the right page is just a pain sometimes. Donation feature is a hit or miss. Tried sending a friend some balance and it ended up charging my account instead when I clearly used the donate feature to enter his name, the amount, and then charge my card. But nope! Trying to get ahold of customer support to help resolve this is like trying to get a stick out of your $#*! without using your hands and feet.

Nitrado is extremely problematic, horrible service and even worse customer service. Of course if you are on xbox and looking to do custom server you have no choice. When a company like nitrado is the only place you can go they have a license to give rotten service and even steal your money legally.

I've used Nitrado for 1 months and 15 days.In that time I have experienced 3 major outages on Nitrado's part and dozens of small ones.
There is no proper way to contact Nitrado. When you try, you are put into a feedback loop of FAQ and email chat THAT ARE NOT ANSWERED
I have 2 friends we all work different schedules and only get a little bit a time to play together. I went through the trouble of purchasing a server, thinking we could have some adventures. But because of all the outages we've barely gotten to do anything.

I switched from Gportal because I wanted to use Beacon with ease who go through Nitrado, I was told nice things about them so I went with it. Biggest mistake of our lives! Their customer service is horrible, when they do respond their "solution" for everything is (We can move your server to a different machine to discard hardware issues) like what if its NOT a hardware issue, I'm sorry but I think they're scripted and don't actually know tech support for the servers at all because that's their answer all the time instead of helping me understand what could cause the server crash in the crash log. Absolutely insane and super upsetting but until I can find another place worth going to for ARK I'm stuck with them. They also change your IP address and move "machines" without your permission even when you said NO. I wish I could say something nice about it other than the usage of Beacon Ark but...I have nothing nice to say. Hire people who are not being paid dirt and rupees from poor countries and get people who actually can work with you to solve the real problems.

Worst customer service i have ever had to deal with. My server has been down for 10 days, and the only thing thy answer is the standard "we are working on it" but i'm sure that it is just a BOT. I asked them to send me my savefile but no anwer. Stay away!

I had 72 people in my server and when it would get almost full sever would sever load symbol would come on and ask nitrado fix... and they change my ip without asking and lost every one been days and only 5 people now since ip change and lost my listing dzsa launcher that i paid a lot money for and now my sever is dead 82 slot sever down 2 5 people...before i got ahold of them paid 55$ extra ram this sever hosting will make u lose everything as soon as i can ill fiend different sever hosting i will im paying over 100$ monthly just get treated like trash

Too many issues setupping a 7dtd server and server actions are way too long and this has been by far the worst host to have a 7dtd server, not coming again. Biggest issue is that 7dtd server cannot even start with fresh start so it definitely was not my mods or plugins that would have caused that. How can it laos take so damn long to install or start a server, in other host it never took this long lol.

$#*!ty $#*! support. Been using it for one year now, contacted the support three times so far, every time is the same. 0 improvement. When server was lagging and having voids, contacted them to fix it, always replied the same saying they needed to change the ip and port. And when I requested for the 'maintenance' to be done at a specific date and time, simply no more replies from them. I highly recommend y'all to just stay away from this provider. Id give it a $#*!ing 0/5 if I could.

I had a terrible experience with Nitrado. I purchased a Farming Simulator 2022 server through them on January 8th and things went downhill from there. The FTP server was broken and unusable (which we paid extra for) and then several days later the server will not start and is corrupted. I contacted their live chat each time and eventually they opened a ticket (which I have no way of viewing) and told me they would be in touch. However, it's been over 48 hours and I haven't received a proper reply yet. They only replied to me that they are working on it, but with no ETA or resolution provided. It's frustrating that they are not providing any updates or resolution for the issues I am facing. To make things worse, when the customer service was responsive, they gave incorrect responses and didn't seem to know what was going on, despite this corruption issue being discussed on the forums.
Overall, I have to say that Nitrado is a horrible company and I would rate it 1/5. Their service is unreliable, their customer service is unresponsive and when they do respond they give incorrect answers, seem not to have any idea what is going on, and provide no ETA or resolution. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a game server hosting provider.

I have rented several different servers through nitrado over the past few years and also have one running for nearly 3 years nonstop now and had no bigger problems. I don't know why many complain about bad performance, I basically never had problems in that regard.
The only problem I remember was when for a few days the performance of my server got very laggy, but that has been resolved quickly through their support service.
Price to performance is also very good.
Overall reliable hosting service, can definitively recommend. (at the very least for Minecraft and GMod, as those have been used by me)

I payed for a Farming Simulator 22 server, the server either keeps restarting on nitrado website, or when website actually says it starts trying to join in game results in the loading screen being trapped on 10% loading. Would recommend staying clear of nitrado and choosing another company.

Hello everyone this is a caution to never using Nitrado. I'm pretty sure the whole thing is a scam unless I am super unlucky and got screwed. I bought a server from them for ark (it was my first time ever) and its not giving me a server even though I paid for it. All that shows up in my account is "500 - INTERNAL SERVER ERROR". It's been like that for days now. The kicker is their customer support is dog water. There is no easy email or phone call to speak to real person or even a bot about this. Instead they throw you through wikis, online forums and chats with a bot that says it cant assist me because "I'm not logged into my account". All the while I am in fact logged in but refuses to acknowledge that. Wasting my time and money Nitrado is a horrible website.

Good luck adding any kind of mods to your DayZ server with Nitrado. With how it's web interface is set up, it's virtually impossible. And forget about asking for help.Writing a support ticket, opening a live chat, etc. will just result in someone sending you the same link to the same Nitrado "wiki" page that doesn't help you with anything. Their Discord server is no help either. They have a "helpdesk-forum" which is just other people that use Nitrado answering people's questions, since no one that works for Nitrado is able to. Save yourself the time and money and use any other host.

I attempted to set up a PS4 DayZ server with the "custom package" since I only need the "4 player" max option. It seemed all good, only $6.19. Then when I clicked to confirm the order, I was hit with an error, saying that the 10 player package was the minimum you can buy for the PS4 DayZ server. It Still Charged Me The $6.19 though! It slapped the $6.19 into the wallet instead of refunding... There is legit no easy way to just "cancel" or even "refund" without navigating the support system. I just hope the failed "error" purchase doesn't try charging me next month since initially I put in for a renewing subscription..
