You will not get what you see in Pictures. All Salwar Kameez I received were REPLICA, CHEAP cloth and Stitching was horrible.

I recently ordered a few things from the site and will NEVER repeat that mistake. The stitching (as numerous people have said) is horrible. It was crooked, messy, the trimmed frayed pieces visible on the outside. It was also misaligned on parts of the design. And the worst part... it resembled nothing of what i ordered. It should be a hi-low design, but what i received was and extremely long maxi (anarkali). The embroidery is terrible and looks worn.
When working with them on returns, they keep asking for a picture with the tape measure from end to end to even begin discussing refund. Nevermind that the design resembles nothing compare to what's on the site. Horrible customer service. Crappy quality. Will never shop here again. Don't recommend it for anyone else either.

I bought one dress from ninecolours while paying its showing that cash back. After paid the amount its showing that my cash back amount will add in my account. When i try to return my product after 48hrs they r saying that v cant take it back... its completely fraud... not at all satisfied with ninecolours... my suggestion don't buy from online especially like these kind of websites... the material quality is horrible...
I ordered SM******* (Jennifer Winget Georgette Anarkali Suit In Purple Colour) for my daughter. The quality of the embroidery is fantastic. But their cutting and stitching are horrible. Even a village tailor can stitch better. Better buy something which does not need cutting and stitching on their end. I will try saree.
First time My Sister thought for customise lehenga for her wedding. I have gifted her this custom made lehenga for her eternal wedding day. The designer Drasti brought her dream come True outfit. The outfit is Wow & it is beyond the expectation. My sister was so. So. So happy when she have seen this lehenga. I acknowledge ninecolours as they have suggested me the platform youdesign. Even the team designer are very co operative & polite while talking.

They show pictures that are stunning but the material and quality is horrible. Return policy is crap and no returns could be done. Also they will send cashback coupons which does not work when you try to use it. Customer service is horrible, they will tell you that everything is possible but in reality ' nothing is'. They will try and loot you till you get fed up. Don't waste your money. Just please use your money elsewhere.If I could give negative rating, I would. I wasted more than 5000INR and its just for nothing. Just stay away.

They charge you full price for items that are listed as on sale. Next you get "cash back" for the amount that they should have taken off in the first place. Then you can only use 20% of this "cash back." This is absolutely ridiculous! Just a way to steal your money.
Ordered and paid for a lovely pair of earring together with other suits from them. Upon receiving a shipment notification, I noticed that the earring was not shipped with the suits. I then emailed them only to be told that "due to unforeseen circumstances" the earring was not sent. The earring is still available on their website so I then questioned them and asked what these unforeseen circumstances were for not sending the earring and after numerous emails, there is no reply on this matter. They then refunded me for the earring but I am annoyed about why they would simply ignore my order and do as they wish. If you are a business, someone has ordered and paid for an item, you send it as per the customer's request. The fact that they are not ignoring my emails questioning them on the reason is not helping their business. The website chat is even more ridiculous. The chat agent takes forever to reply. I am now waiting for my suits and let's see if they are of decent quality! Currently I am not impressed with these guys!
