Very bad. Stitching is very worst. Very much disappointed. Thank God I didn't recommended to anyone. Late delivery. Even ordinary tailors will stitch properly. Thought of throwing away. Worst. Picture and materials are Different.
Poor quality and stitching is bad. They don't have return and exchange so if you order something that's it you keep the item no matter what condition it arrives.

I ordered 3 items. 2 items got sent and the 3rd one couldn't be delivered 'due to unforeseen circumstances'. Now I kept asking about the 3rd item's progress because straight after ordering and confirming it, there was out of stock sign on the picture. They took my money from me but failed to tell me that there was no item for 20 working days. I will not be shopping with them ever again.

I know lots of customer like me who got scammed by nine colors. I want to file case against them but cant do it own my own. Anyone wants to pitch in.we will write the letters about their scams and submit it to the police or the court. Please read before you buy from them.
SHIPPING- they will say they ship within 7-10 working days. When I contacted them I was told its still processing but when I asked them when they will ship it so I will know what to aspect customer service simply end the chat. You will never get a straight answer from them about the shipping. Its hard to deal with customer service they are rude people. Please read their policies very carefully. Shipping- you will never get your shipping on time.
RETURN POLICE- They mentioned 100% customer satisfaction and 100% MONEY BACK. Don't be fool by this if you read further that 100% refund is not the refund on your actual payment method that 100% refund goes to their store credit so your stuck buying from them again or you will lose you money.
CASH BACK - Don't get too excited when you see their 30% cash back or more. Yes you will get cash back but you will not be able to use it all once. You can only use 25% of your cash back money per order that means your stuck with 75% so you will end up paying 75% out of your pocket.
I would never recommend nine colors to anyone.
I placed this order on 4th Aug after receiving assurance by email and online chat that the order would be delivered by 12th in Delhi. I had a puja on 12th Aug despite repeated requests the order was dispatched on 19th from Mumbai. It reached me on 21st Aug. Customer agents online and receiving telephone are not helpful at all. The only time you get good support is in placing orders. Once order is placed you are trapped and do not receive any help. I had to buy another set from local market for the Puja.
I placed another order this time for unstitched items. Again online chat cannot confirm the date of delivery. All they need to do is just ship. Didn't have a good experience in both my transactions and would not recommend this website to anyone.
Cannot comment about quality though as I came back to Kuwait. Hope it is good.
The service from Nine colours Is pathetic! Because of their incompetence i have to now pay penalties for the the wrong amount on the invoice, when I have already paid for custom taxes and vat. This the second time that we have used nine colours and I did not need to pay for anything but the items and shipping. When i asked they could not provide vaild feedback on my query and when I asked for the matter to be escalated I did not receive any feedback... I am utterly disgusted with their service!
