The guys who run it and the customer care are complete a... holes! Extremely poor customer service. They will do and say (literally LIE) anything to sell a product to you. Once you pay the whole amount, they will absolutely stop communicating with you and responding to any of your queries. They completely lied to me saying what comes with a sherwani. Later on when I kept asking them, they simply told me either take it or leave it and we are not returning your money! What a nightmare dealing with such unprofessional liers! Stay the f... away from these people!

I ordered from them first time- all items which I ordered when received wrong items. When I complained they say they cannot take it back- How can someone send you items that you did not order and than say that they cannot take it back, CROOKS. I have ordered from different websites before - but THIS IS THE WORST QUALITY- PIECE OF $#*!!- AND THAT IS A UNDERSTATEMENT. I would never wear these.

I WILL NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. ALL I CAN SAY IS GOD BLESS THEM WITH WISDOM NOT TO CHEAT THEIR CUSTOMERS

I order rs30,000 worth of stuff. And none of outfit I could use due to, poor quality material, terrible stiching and not even stiched to the proper sizes, product was not same as shown in images. It was waste of time and money. If you don't want to be disappointed dont order from them, their deals seems very tempting because they are litterally selling garbage that no one would buy or wear once they actually see the merchandise personally. It only looks good in pictures, in reality its terrible!

I purchased an Anarkali dress for my sisters wedding. The site stated they confirm the purchase immediately, it takes 3-5 days to stitch the item and then another 10-12 days for shipping. It took 2 days to confirm the order and then another 9 days then on the 10th day they sent me an email saying my item is not available "due to unforeseen circumstances". During this period before I received the email I sent them several messages trying to find out the status of the order but there were zero responses. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDED!

I bought 2 anarkali suit, didn't turn out the way in the picture, stitching very very bad pathetic, even with the measurement no good at all, the size of dupatta only 1 metre, it just a waste of money and they don'tb return the stitched clothes plus money from the wallet you can not use it, you keep asking them how they cant guide and there is no option. Don't buy from this website they fake and and money grabbers. They advertise something else they send something else.

I was always sceptical about purchasing lehenga's online and honestly all the websites I looked through were too expensive for me, so when I came across nine colours I was surprised by the price. I ended up purchasing a lehenga, a slightly cheaper one in case it didn't turn out as expected, but who am I kidding I love it, of course, it's not perfect, the stitching isn't perfect and the blouse was a bit loose but overall its great. And the customer service is great too, I contacted them to ask about how long it would take to arrive and they replied in a matter of a few hours, which was great. Overall I would highly recommend this website but if you are a bit worried like I was at the start, I would suggest purchasing a cheap one for your first time and send your right measurements and have a go. Don't just go off the negative reviews, experience it for yourself, you will be happy! Happy Shopping!

I was looking for a beautiful and trendy lehenga online and came across Ninecolours. I saw this stunning pastel green lehenga and instantly ordered. Meanwhile I went through some reviews of the site which made me sceptical but today when I finally received the parcel and saw the lehenga. I can't tell you how elated I am to see the lehenga having the exact impression of the given image. It's great in quality and It is just the way I wanted.
