I ordered a pair of shoes on July 12th. They were supposed to arrive no later than July 26th. It is now July 29th and the shoes have not even shipped yet. I ordered them for a specific event and had to end up getting a different pair from another store. I have called Nike and chatted with customer service at least 10 times to try to cancel this order. They keep saying that they cannot cancel it and that I will have to wait until the shoes arrive and send them back for a refund. They refuse to put a supervisor on the phone. This has been the worst customer service ever. I will never shop with them again!

I always order at nike.com what I like. I am also sure that everything will be good. But this time I was waiting for my order a little bit longer than usual. But it didn't stop me from enjoying the purchase.

The shoes came with the tag size 10.5 and they dont fit. Noway they are 10.5. Maybe they made them to run smaller, that is on NIKE. I have bought nike shoes for more than 20 years and never had this issue. I called nike over the phone at *******453 and had a terrible customer service experienced and hanged up the call. Maybe I need to try adidas or underarmour next time...

I love these shoes! They are very trendy and can be worn with any color scheme. I am a size 9 1/2. This shoe is also very durable and breathable. Perfect for the summer! I have had these shoes for over a year and have not noticed any distress. My only complaint is that the shoe runs a bit large. But overall, amazing quality!

First off I live in Canada, why the heck is my order always shipping from the Netherlands? It adds significant delays as well as too many touches from couriers.

Reason why I state too many couriers touched my parcel is because upon receipt it was opened on both sides of the bag and my order was tampered with. All that was holding my order was one piece of tape down the middle. Now I have to fight to get reimbursed. Either you switch up your courier or you ship out discreetly without any logos on the packaging. 2nd time this has happened in the past several months. Cant say my experience online with them is satisfactory anymore. Your 20% coupon on my next order doesn't resolve a big problem you have with your shipping.

Nike is may favorite brand of all the times. I love their trainers and sneakers, bought my new pair of Nikes yesterday and ensured it's worth to trust them! LOVE

They only accept good reviews on nike.com they don't accept bad reviews if their shoes are uncomfortable or if their shoes are not true to size. They only accept good reviews on their website. Otherwise customer service is okay and returns are easy just don't like the fact they don't accept all reviews.

Don't know what's going on with Nike. - ordered a pair of trainers - size 9! Then they were cancelled a few days later because the size was now unavailable, a few days after that I go online and check and the size is now back in stock on their website. Why did they not just wait a few days and then send them or offer me the trainers once they came back in. The deliver date was the 1st anyway.

I loved that brand for a long time. I had a lot of clothes and trainers of this brand. Now I buy different sport brand clothes. What I can say is the trainers are good of this brand.

I bought a gift card from a store and it was already being used in another country. I reported it to Nike and they didn't investigation and told me it would only take 10 days when it took almost 4 weeks, but they sent me an email saying that they don't have anything to do with refunds and fraudulent things that go on with their gift cards and that there will be no reimbursement on another gift card. Mind you that there were multiple purchases from another country that they seen with their own eyes and I still had money left on the card and they refuse to even give me a new card or transfer my balance that was left over from the fraudulent transactions to a new card. BEWARE ALL THEY DO IS SCAM PEOPLE!

Ive been a nike member for sometime now never won any drawings 49 drawings entered. Never got exclusive access until today i receive a email stating i have exclusive access 5/6 12:00pm. I called nike at 11:57 am ask them what to do i was told not to worry just be on app at 12 pm they had a pair reserved for member only exclusive access. I enter all my information before 12:01 then it says my name is put into drawing. I contacted nike customer service spoken with 9 different people no one help me. They did me very shady on this release stay away people they are all for resellers and bots

Nike is a household name, and for good reason. I'm glad they keep up the quality for most of their shoes and work great for me when I play basketball or work out. Their prices can sometimes be a bit high, but you always want to shop for high-quality shoes, especially when you're being active. Their pricey clothes on the other hand aren't always worth it for me.

Nike has quality sneakers, and are comfortable to wear and walk. Has great styles of shoes to choose from.
Last for longer period.

It seemed we have been waiting for those air Jordan sneakers for ages, though the parcel was delivered on the third day after we placed the order. It was a birthday present for my niece, she dreamt of those for months. I can't find the words to describe how happy she was to get them exactly on the day of her birthday party. Thanks for the fast delivery, the quality is also on a high level, as always.
