Unfortunately you can not trust their sales events. The prices will fluctuate and you can never truly know if you are getting the best deal. You can purchase something one day and the next day during the SAME sale, it will be $40 or $80 bucks cheaper. If it was a different sale, or if I bought it when there wasn't a sale and then there was; that's all a different story, but doing it during the same sale without any notice of prices fluctuating is unacceptable. They would not credit me the difference and made me jump through hoops to return the product.
I have only been using Newegg for the past year to build and upgrade a pc. Every product I order is always at an extremely good price. They are always extremely fast when it comes to shipping and everything is packaged properly to make sure nothing moves around in transit. I had literally ordered an SSD and RAM sticks yesterday and received them today before 12 noon. I had chosen the economy shipping expecting delivery sometime next week considering the upcoming holiday, but the following day has me even more impressed. These people at Newegg have a great grasp of customer service and they will continue to have my business for quite a while.
They have a huge selection of gadgets and prices and reasonable.

I build our graphics computers. I've always purchased the parts from Newegg. I tried doing it with parts from a large local electronic chain store, but that just never worked out. The help at the store didn't have the same expertise or parts that Newegg has. You'll be happy shopping here.

I ordered a JBL Cinema Base 2.2 on October 1. Shipping was to be free, they charged $10. Got shipping refunded. Recieved item, it was used and defective. Received RMA and returned it. Newegg said return was incomplete. Took 2 days but finally got someone to look in the box and verify accesories were actually there. Refund was finally authorized on October 12. I never received the refund. Newegg says they can see on their end that the refund was never issued. Newegg sent me $20 for my concerns. I'm out $139.73. (Minus the $20 discount coupon in case I'm ever dumb enough to shop there again)

Newegg often has the best prices. They also have a very fair return policy. Buyer reviews are helpful for shopping. If you are a frequent eBay buyer, I suggest when you find something on the Newegg site to see if they have it listed in their eBay store. You will get the same deal plus the eBay bucks.

Their payment review process does not seem to be honest. They claim that they contact my bank to verify I'm the correct purchaser and said it was denied. My bank never received a call nor is that even possible. Ordered it off Amazon and I suggest you do the same.

If your just a regular consumer, like I am, Newegg is the place to start. I've gotten numerous items and they were exactly as I was looking for! Newegg you are the best!
I've been ordering from Newegg for a good ten years. A handful of times my order didn't go as planned and Newegg has always taken care of me. One time I just plain ol' ordered the wrong thing. By the time I realized it, it had already shipped. Called the support team and told me to just send it back and credited me for the entire amount of my purchase.
Twice I when I had issues with an order Newegg had stepped up and took care of the problem. Once it was my fault and they gave me a credit anyway. I only order my PC components and related parts form them, and have never used their newer home related pages or their 3rd party sellers so I can't comment on that. But if it is sold by Newegg directly, then you can't go wrong. They have online chat and telephone support and neither one of these is hard to find if you have a problem. Most of the time their prices are better or at least comparable to others, but honestly; don't mind paying a bit more for their support and my piece of mind. My experiences with Newegg have been nothing but top notch.

Newegg sold me a DT CyberPower PC Gamer Ultra 2204W10 preloaded computer with parts that started failing within six months (memory stick) and finished failing at eleven months (complete hard drive failure). I lost data, time, and money. For the duration of these issues, I spent months of my own time diagnosing the strange issues I was seeing - blue screens, UI hangs, 30 minute boot times, etc. This is from a computer that was supposed to come preloaded and fully functioning out of the box. When contacted for a refund, Newegg's answer was that 30 days had passed and no credit or refund would be possible. They instructed I contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.
The thing is, I had already contacted the manufacturer for replacement parts. After months of diagnosing the computer, replacing the memory stick on my own dime, recovering lost data, etc., the manufacturer took weeks to send me a replacement hard drive. Then the hard drive was blank with no boot tools. Im currently waiting for the boot tools. I've now spent months without a useable computer.
So to recap, Newegg sold me a defective computer. I worked with the the manufacturer to try to get it taken care of and instead spent months over the past year without a useable computer. When contacted, Newegg did the usual "it's past 30 days and we couldn't care less," that I've since discovered is their business model - sell defective products and hope they don't fail within 30 days. As of writing, I still do not have the items I need to fix the defective computer Newegg sold me.
I just want what I paid for. I paid for a fully-functioning computer. I received a trap that, twelve months later, is still sucking up my time, effort, and money after their "customer service." Buyer beware.

Purchased 2 IPhones for my kids. Both were supposed to be 16GB, but my daughters was an 8GB. Next, after 70 days my sons reset or stopped working, ITunes and Verizon said its the phone that needs a repair. NewEgg pretty much said 'Sorry, only 30 day guarantee. So much for 'We hope you had a good experience and we will try to help you out'. I would never buy from them again, unless you want to get a phone every 30 days.No support whatsoever!

Do not order from Newegg. You will just end up wasting your time. I placed an order in August only to have the order cancelled on 8/30 because the shipping address did not match my billing address. How do they survive as a business? Don't they have customers who ship gifts to others? I called Customer Service on 8/31 and resolved the issue. They offered to pay half of the expedited shipping fee. I agreed and the product was supposed to be expedited and processed the next day. It's 2 weeks later and I still do not have product. I called today to check on the status to find that the order was cancelled on 9/1. We never received any notification of the order cancellation. Now, they indicated that they've fixed the billing issue and can process the order for the 3rd time but the product is now no longer available and is on backorder. THanks for nothing NewEgg.

2,3 years ago, Newegg was my go to for anything tech & computer. Now it's another Crutchfield, use the site to shop and buy the products elsewhere. The final straw for me was the "eggsaver" shipping that now takes way too long. Shipping should NEVER take more than a week, even if it's free.

I have been shopping at newegg.com for about 5-6 months. I was looking to buy a new laptop when i decided to build a new desk top. I applied for a credit card and received a card instantly, i was able to use it a short time later. The first night i bought a few things for my new computer. Within a few days i had everything ordered and some extra's.
The shipping is normally free and fast. You can spend a few dollars more to have your order rushed out, most times it will ship the next day. Depending on where you live, you should get it in about 2-3 days. Unless you bought cheap stuff coming from china. You might have saved a few dollars, but now you have to wait 2-3 weeks or longer for your stuff to be delivered. 7-10 days on the cargo ship and up to 30 days in customs. Every once in a while, something will get stuck in customs for 45-60 days. It doesn't happen often, that i know of, but it does happen.
Anyway, newegg.com have great prices and daily specials going on every day with different items on sale each day.
I end up maxing 2 credit cards at new egg. They have so much cool stuff. And you can find them on eBay

I guess you get what you pay for here - these people are really reliable, and you usually get your stuff long before you expect it. Customer service is GREAT.
That said - prices are generally not so great compared to other vendors.
Guys stay away from NEWEGG, i made an Order and i had message saying my Order has been successfully been placed, i was excited though, after 3mins another message pop up saying my Order has been put on Hold My order cannot be processed,*But I have been Charge on the item that cant be processed*

The only caveat for this site is that they now link to many other sellers. You need to be careful if the seller isn't actually Newegg. Otherwise I have not had a problem with them and their prices are good.

Answer: The reason why i gave a bad review was because i ordered a phone for my wife, An I-phone 5 and NewEgg.com only sent a box with the manual and a charger for the phone. I called NewEgg.com and explained to them and they stated i needed to wait while they investigate, they never got back to me so i called them again. The person i talked to put me on hold then came back to me and stated she was checking this what was going on and kept putting me on hold for a total of 45 minutes to only come back and tell me that i need to send them a picture of the box and contents. I have no clue what my wife or children did with the box now i am screwed. 219.00 down the drain. This was the first and last purchase i will make until the get this straight.
