I made a purchase, which was confirmed and processed, then canceled TWICE, refunded TWICE. I called my bank, egg-brains customer service twice. I text the chat agent 3x. I have the transcript them giving me multiple different reasons as to why my payment wasn't processed. The customer service people wouldn't try to fix my issue only blame my bank, me or prior customer service agents. I'm no closer to a answer 8hrs later. THE WORST PART IS, that same card at the SAME PURCHASE did process one of the parts I ordered. (now being shipped to me) even though they canceled the other 6 items on the same order and calmed my card can't be processed? I know this sounds crazy but these people are vastly incompetent.do not purchase from this website.its a scam
I used a Gift card to make part of a payment on an item that became lost in shipping, ok that sucks but they issued a refund (yay). Refund said all payments would go back to their source. That works for me... Only the GC I used isn't working, and there is a different GC number on the refund, but no Pin number. I contacted support and they said it would be my pin from my card I used, so I have tried every combo I can of cards and pins that I have emails for and nothing works. That's $25 I will never see, because they wouldn't even pull my account to look to see what was going on.

Bought some pc parts and it said shipped all of the items and once I got one of the product, they added a new tracking number for the others that will come another week later. Very misleading, if I knew they were going to pull something like that, I would have of just purchased at Amazon and get it the same week with prime. What a piece of sh*t company, never again

I have been a customer of newegg for more than 20 years. Newegg has been my "go to" place for all my computer parts.
I placed an order on July 5th, 2023 for some memory sticks, the ad said I would have it in 5-7 days. More than a week later, my purchase still ha not shipped! It seems newegg has started letting 3rd party sellers (scammers) sell on their website. After multiple attempts to get a intelligent answer from the 3rd party seller as to why my order has not shipped yet, I told them to cancel the order and refund my money. I also called newegg customer service and they were of little help. Thier answer - " we will contact the seller and see what the problem is." 5 days later I have still not been contacted by newegg with an answer!
I called my credit card and told them to stop payment on this order. After explaining to them the problem, they agreed and said I would see the money back in my account in 2-3 days.
Stay away from newegg, they are no longer a reliable bussiness! After just checking the Better Business Bureau, I see they have an "F" rating. That's really to bad, I really liked doing business with newegg for 20 plus years!

Im a first time pc builder and found out that my graphics card (rx6700xt) is the cheapest on newweg. It was 350$ which is pretty good for a graphics card of that quality. I placed this order 5 days ago. The website said it would be delivered yesterday (july 2 2023) then BAM 2 day delay. I thought that was the worst it could get then saw THE PACKAGE HASNT EVEN BEEN PICKED UP BY UPS YET? Today there was ANOTHER DELAY. And thats not even the worst part. I wanted to refund my order AND IT WOULDNT LET ME. I couldve most likely gotten it quicker from amazon even ordering it today. For shipping one item and paying newweg 350$ for a gpu, I am very disappointed. I will most likely never use newweg again for future orders.

I purchased an external hard drive from New Egg. I received an external hard drive in a Walmart box, with Walmart tape, addressed to a "Jered Pavek" (who I have never heard of, delivered to my post office address. Several trips to the post office later, matching up the tracking number on the box to the tracking number on the New Egg site (they were the same), the post office decided it belonged to me. If I had wanted to purchase from Walmart, I would have--I didn't want to. This cost me several hours and multiple trips to the post office to resolve--thanks alot. I haven't used it yet, so can't comment on its quality, but can say that there is absolutely no way to contact a customer support representative at New Egg--searched their entire webiste. No phone number, no email address, nothing. Did I mention that this is fraudulent?

I just bought a computer on June 17th said delivery by June 23rd, Well today June 26th I get home with a note on my inside door package taken to secure location for pickup. Ok 1 Driver had to open Enclosed front porch door to put said note on house door, 2 we do not have problems with packages being taken in our neighborhood. Called Newegg was told package is not due to be delivered till June 29th. Went to secure location and told package not there and cannot pick up till they have June 27th or 28th before I will be able to pick up. Should have learned after last time I bought newegg parts 1 week late.

You basically have no idea when a product is arriving. They give you a tracking number but is useless. They just don't care when they do get hold of them. Will never order from them again.

I ordered a computer from here a week ago, and the e-mail they sent, said I would receive it in 3-days, two-day later, I received another e-mail stating, they needed address verification, I called them and verified my address, they told me, it would be shipped out in the morning. Two days went by again, and I called them, this time they told me, it was in the warehouse being prepared to ship, The next day, I got a message stating, there was a delay with the carrier. I don't believe they have the computer I ordered, and they're probably hoping I will cancel the order! This is the last time I will ever order anything from newegg, I highly recommend everyone, does the same!

This site is the hiding place of scamers, most resellers are from china and send very low quality products, when not fake. If u like your money stay away from NEW EGG and its sellers Scammers

I've spent days trying to order parts from newegg. From changing prices and ship dates, I will not recommend anyone use newegg.
After placing an order and having the arrival date change, checking the website alluded to faster shipping at $26 LESS cost. Newegg recommended I cancel the original order and order again to receive my item in time at the reduced cost. This is after offering a $10 discount on the order that was clearly $26 more expensive. If that sounds confusing, it's because it is. How the shipping cost was $26 more the day before is truly baffling.
For an order to sit for over a day (for next day shipping) is unacceptable.
Don't use newegg -- every other online store has managed to ship on their promised date.

I didn't receive the Coolers I ordered. I only got only the cooler covers. The order was for Cooler + Covers. The customer service was appalling. All I asked was for the missing items to be shipped to me right away and that I would return the covers as soon as I was able. The rep said they would have to receive the return of the covers before they could send me a replacement. Why? They have my CC info and I have been a member for nearly 20 years. I think they can trust me to return 2 plastic covers. She also said they could not just send me the missing coolers even though they are packaged separately. I have got several broken and/or parts missing items from Newegg recently and I am wondering if they are still a reputable company or just a garbage dump for vendors.

I make quite a bit of online purchases. I purchased an office 365. It says I can have a custom domain on the office 365, but It did not a allow me to register my domain name to use it for my email. I paid $100 and new egg refused to refund my money even though I could not use their product.The product was brand new. I had to dispute this with bank. First and last time purchasing from Newegg.

Was: newegg delivers items in a few days, free shipping. Now: newegg spams my email with unsolicited adds for stuff I don't want.
Package was supposed to arrive 2 weeks ago. Package gets delayed by 2 day but after every deadline, they keep moving the package back by a day. I still do not have my package. Please do not buy from here and save some time by looking into other companies.

Answer: The reason why i gave a bad review was because i ordered a phone for my wife, An I-phone 5 and NewEgg.com only sent a box with the manual and a charger for the phone. I called NewEgg.com and explained to them and they stated i needed to wait while they investigate, they never got back to me so i called them again. The person i talked to put me on hold then came back to me and stated she was checking this what was going on and kept putting me on hold for a total of 45 minutes to only come back and tell me that i need to send them a picture of the box and contents. I have no clue what my wife or children did with the box now i am screwed. 219.00 down the drain. This was the first and last purchase i will make until the get this straight.
