If I could give them a zero or a negative five I would! You think your item is coming from the US, When you finally get notice about shipping, It indicates it's shipping by the United States Post Office. A week after that I got an update, the message is in Chinese, and it clearly states the item is shipping from China. There is no way it will make it in time for Christmas and there was never any way it would have made it in time for Christmas. Plus coming from China means the fit probably isn't correct, the color probably isn't correct I am so angry I can't even begin to say how angry I am. I'm going to try to dispute it with my bank. Do not buy from this company!
I ordered a pair of shoes which did not fit at all. Alis, the customer service rep who worked with me, helped me to figure out what would be the proper size and offered a great deal for getting the proper size to me. They haven't come yet, so I am hoping that we came up with the right answer.
I ordered something and it came in smaller than expected. Instead of shipping it back which would have cost a decent amount of money, I worked with the customer service and got a good discount on the correct size. Other than the time difference which caused a slow delay in communication, everything worked out just fine. I have purchased several things from them and it is worth the extra bit of time for the great discount. Be sure to measure yourself and reference their size charts. The sizing is not the same as here in the US.
I've been burned by Chinese websites but I loved these Socofy boots so much I had to take a chance. So glad I did. Delivery within 3 weeks, despite Canada Post being on stoppages and strike looming. Real leather, just like the picture on the website, extremely well made & so comfortable. I just love them. I get compliments every time I wear them. Quality is excellent. I may just order another pair after Christmas, the styles & colours are unique. Great service, great product. Thank you!
I placed 2 orders totalling 7 pairs of shoes. When they arrived, the sizes were incorrect. I contacted them thru Live Chat. They told me I would have to pay to send them back and after receiving them they would resend the order. But it would have cost a little over $100.00 for me to ship them back! Then they offered to let me keep the shoes I couldn't wear and would refund me 20% of what I paid! I spent over 2 hours chatting online with 3 different representatives all to no avail! This company is a pure rip off. I'm out nearly $300 hundred dollars.

I have ordered from NewChic five times and have ALWAYS received my items. Granted, sometimes it has been over a month, but they always contact me via email if something is out of stock and will be delayed. The shoes and boots are amazing and wonderful quality, have only had one pair too small and they were quick to respond to my email and we will be exchanging for one size larger. I will continue to order for myself and gifts for friends and family!

Excellent after-sales service following a problem of too small size of a breastfeeding bra. I was helped to find the most suitable size and I will receive it for free, without return of the first order.
Fantastic customer service at NewChic... I was having problems with a coat I bought and thought I should send it back. I contacted Customer Services (who replied immediately) and were very sympathetic to my problem and tried to help any way they could. I said I would pay to return the item but rather than that NewChic contacted me with a complete refund. I have bought some fantastic shoes and belt from them previously and am very happy, people always comment on how classy they look. Shop here with confidence... unlike some of the other online rip-offs like Cocosa!

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have been waiting for MONTHS for 2 orders (once which has been in transit for a month) and one that is on back order. They "refunded" my order for the boots since "they do not know when they will have them in stock." No one told me this until I had to contact them. They "refunded" it online, but not my bank! They are lying and stealing peoples money! I contacted them today when the order said "refund" last week. They told me NOW they are issuing a refund. SERIOUSLY?! HOW DO THEY GET AWAY WITH THIS?! Such $#*!ing bull$#*!.

This company is located in China and is total rip off. I ordered 6 items only to 5 are no longer available. Worse is I placed order in September and now it is November and I have still not received the one item and NewChic is claiming that it was delivered! Stay away from this vendor!

I've made several purchases from NewChic.com and been very pleased with everything until last week when the delivery of coats showed a much lower quality than I had grown to expect from NewChic. I emailed them my concern and very quickly received instruction from them on returning the goods. I followed the instructions which included sending a copy of the postage receipt to prove I had sent the parcel and without waiting to receive the parcel back, NewChic refunded me in full via Paypal. NewChic acted in good faith displaying great integrity. They are a company worth doing business with. Well done, NewChic
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
