So firstly because I know the typical Chinese sizes are way off I ordered XXL as I normally wear Medium or Large. I ordered 2 shirts, for some mysterious reason one of the shirts came in Large so I knew from the time I saw it that was a lost cause. The XXL was still too tight. So off to the website I go and I challenge you to find "Exchange Item" as an option anywhere! I sent multiple requests on all the other options, e.g. "cancel order, issues with quality, "other after sale inquiry". Frustrated, I decided to try the live chat option. In summary you will be left eating that purchase. Your only option is usually a discount on your next purchase. And there is no guarantee that will come. I am still waiting for my link with the discounted order. As you can see from the other reviews on this site you will be taking a risk. I suggest using another trusted site to be safe.
Lost my first two payments due to "price changed" apparently they've been refunded but I'm yet to receive. Then they pulled my old address off my paypal and put that on the order

I bought my shoes according to the Chic measuring guide for Australia. When they arrived I loved them but the size was 2 sizes out. I contacted Chic and they sent me
A new pair as soon as I sent a copy of my return postal receipt. They communicated very well, answered every email straight away and I cannot fault the customer service. I'm wearing my new boots and the size is perfect, 38 as per Australia, not 40 as per Chic measurement guide. I love love them
It took awhile to receive them but they are fabulous. Off white and a light pink faux suede boots. Can't wait to wear them both.
UNLESS YOU'RE HAPPY GETTING A FUTURE 10%-20% DISCOUNT on your next purchase... think twice or thrice before you buy personal items such as shoes, sandals, bras, lingerie, earrings, swimwear, etc. Buy these items locally.
The equivalent US Sizes of the shoes (Size 5--was wide/ loose-fitting)--and of the Bra (Size 6--would fit a small girl). Both were off.

I can understand the "HYGIENE" reason for Bras, Panties, Earrings, Swimwear.
But, Forget it...!... for the footwear that's "too wide for normal feet"... though "labeled with the correct size #5." One would think the shoe size would fit a "normal, size 5" NOT a "wide, size 5".
I "live-chatted" with Taylor, the Customer Service Rep., and he suggested "gifting" it to a friend, etc., with a 20% discount for the next purchase.

Too bad there isn't a negative star rating. Coming up on the three month mark and still no shoes, even paid to have priority processing and shipping because I needed them for a wedding. Customer service is non existent. Not even sure at this point if this isn't a scam company. Save yourselves and find a legitimate reliable company.

This pair of sandals are of good quality! Especially the sole is super super soft. The upper is genuine leather and also super soft. After item arrived (jeans, did not fit at calves and embroidery was not as pictured- cheaply made and half of details missing or stitched-on patches not dyed). Complained about it in writing and wanted to send it back. They wrote back that I should keep the item (as too expensive to send back) and they'll refund my money. I got the money back into my bank account though (would have posted a pic of photo, but the pixels are too large to send). Delivery took a few months, no correspondence inbetween.

Shoe sizing is inaccurate between UK and US chart. Quality is questionable. Leather doesn't look like leather (lowest quality). I'll see how long they wear. Company did replace order with a one time customer courtesy. I received shoes in larger size that does fit. Price was right for shoes, so time of delivery was ok. I knew it was overseas. They did securely package shoes in multiple wrapping. That must be an improvement from some previous comments. I didn't have to return the wrong size shoes. So I'll give them to a friend.

I have never, ever seen such poor quality garments. Size info all wrong, & I, a size 12, ended up w/XL and XXL. Took 6 weeks for delivery, and two shirts in no way resemble those shown on website, and now I cannot contact them. Everything from China. Please, do not fall for this sham!

That company is cheating people and does not want return money for the cancelled order

I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY A PART OF THE ORDER - NC******* of 2019 03 17 by NEWCHIC COMPANY LIMITED.
I have received only 3 shipping orders ( NO. *******,
NO. *******, NO. *******), NO. ******* was refunded on 2019 05 17 for 13,70 Eur.
Order NO. ******* was split into 3 parts, 3 sub-orders as well, but I received only one part of it, others were cancelled by NEWCHIC COMPANY LIMITED, SO I DID NOT RECEIVED THE REFUND FOR IT YET total 72,67 Eur plus 1,59 Eur insurance, total 74,26 Eur.
