Very nice products design and quality, with tragic delivery time
Ordered a hat now 2 months ago, never received it. Wrote them many times. Kept telling me its on the way. Kind of figured something was off when I order and added a shirt and the shipping over doubled. Scam!

I ordered an article from your French site which Arrived from Dubai I had to pay DHL transport and import duty which doubled the price of the article Nowhere when i ordered was this mentioned on your website I have complained with zero action I will not use NewChic again as you are not an honest company
