I ordered an item and 5 weeks later, when it had still not arrived I contacted Newchic by email to ask it they could help. 24 hours later, they have advised they are re-sending the item to me, even though it's not their fault the item did not reach me.
The customer service person who helped me was polite, friendly and very quick to respond and assist me.
I ordered a backpack and 3 weeks later i found out i have been getting emails that it was still pending but my credit card was charged. It says your credit card will not be charged until its ready to ship. Then i emailed the company and tried to talk to someone five times, nothing. Today i just got a email i will be refunded in like 2-3 weeks D:
Horrible
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, all a size bigger than we wear and they were still too small. It's been a nightmare to try and get them returned and a refund. You have to send pics and jump thru hoops and still pay to have them shipped back. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
Ordered online after seeing an advert for a bag (which looked pretty much identical to a Kipling bag). Eventually got an email saying they were out of stock, would I like to order a different item or wait till it was back in stock - I said I would wait until it was back in stock. A few days later I received a bag which wasn't the one I ordered and a different colour and for the last 2 weeks I've been emailing them asking for a refund and how I return the item. They send me an email every other day saying "nice item no, accept item as good quality" followed a few days later by "please accept it and we would give you half refund? As you know, it is also good quality and beautiful, right?". Stay well clear, do not order from New Chic, they clearly don't have as many items as they have on their website and refuse to refund when they send the wrong item.

Duplicate order and can't get to anyone who knows what they are doing. I have been ordering on line for many years. I have never experienced anything like this I will never use them again. Really I don; t even want to give them 1 star. This is the first time ever I have taken the time to write a review.

I have ordered several items from New Chic. Yes, it took time to get them. But, when they arrived, they were wonderfful. One dress was far too large. I am now waiting for a replacement, smaller size, at now cost to me. The representatives have been very proactive to ensure that I was happy with my purchase. I highly recommend New Chic!
I needed a hawaiian shirt for a cricket day out on the 20th august. I ordered shirt on evening of the 8th August. I selected the 7-10 working day delivery option. I was holding out hope that it would be delivered at least within 9 working days.
I didnt see that the processing time was 1-2 working days so i made a little mistake there but then 2 working days to process a an order for one shirt?
Didn't get my shirt until 23rd august which was the latest projection that I could have got it.
Decent product but if you need it quickly take into account that it will probably take the longest time it can to reach you.

I have placed my order on 20 August and I have received email the same day thanking for my order but the same day received email saying my transaction has been reviewed. Another email I received on 22 Aug saying payment has been refused and to make alternative payment. I checked my credit cards and payment was taken off from my credit card on 22 Aug 2016.
I emailed to process my transaction as the funds has been taken from my credit card account and I was told I will be getting a refund within 2-3 days, still has not been refunded until now.
I'am disappointed as first impression with the customer service I get from them. I was gonna order a lot more things as I can see they have so many things I like, now not happy the way they deal with my first order.
So I am still waiting whether they will refund it or send my shoes that I ordered
I ordered a bag from this website & was disappointed when I found it had a faulty zip. I contacted them & they have since sent me a new bag, without question, very pleased with the bag & service.
I would like to express my satisfaction with the way NewChic reacted in the case of a damaged cross-body bag I had ordered: They accepted the problem (evident through a picture I sent them) and they agreed to send me a new one at no additional cost for me. Such a treatment is the best way to ensure that a customer comes back to the e-shop.
Really happy with my shoes - fit my horrible wide feet beautifully, really soft comfortable leather - and price excellent. I will be back!

Having placed a couple of orders from this site I must say that I have never had any problems. The shoes are lovely and are very well made and are so light and comfy. If an item is out of stock, they give you the choice of your money back or give you an estimate as to when the item will be in stock again. Overall, I recommend this site to anyone thinking of buying from them
I ordered a pair of shoes from this company, even though I was a bit worried since I've never heard about the company before until I saw it advertised on FB. Wow, was I impressed, it took less than 2 weeks from China to Arizona, the shoes are beautiful exactly as described and extremely comfortable and the price was unbelievable. Will order again for sure.

I placed an order with New Chic and ordered wrong size by mistake. I noticed my mistake and emailed them immediately after my purchase (within 5 minutes)! They totally ignored my request for 3 days and then emailed to say sorry the item had been sent! First time I have purchased from this company and it will be the last. I will now have to wait for weeks then return item before I get a refund!

VERY BAD WEBSITE. I WOULD SAY RATHER FAKE ONE. I PAID INR 8000 APPROXIMATELY FOR TWO ORDERS WITH MULTIPLE ITEMS AND HAVE NOT RECEIVED ORDER EVEN AFTER 60 DAYS IN INDIA. I FOLLOWED UP MULTIPLE TIMES ON THEIR ONLINE CHAT SERVICE AND WA MADE FALSE PROMISES EACH TIME AND WHEN I ASKED FOR TRACKING NO. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT HAD NO TRACKING NO TO GIVE AND ASKED ME IF I WOULD LIKE A REFUND. I REFUSED AS OUT OF ALL ITEMS ORDERED, I WAS TOLD ONE ITEM WAS NOT AVAILABLE AND REFUND HAS BEEN ACTIONED. WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED TILL DATE... SO DONOT TRUST THEIR REFUND SYSTEM EITHER

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
