I like different and hard to get items. This is a good site for that. Only down fall is most of it comes from China so it takes awhile to receive your items, but if your not in a rush its worth it.

The order had to be forwarded and USPS made a mess of it, but NewChic was very responsive and decided to resend another order. I was very happy with their handling of the situation. The original order shipped much faster than expected.

I ordered two types of Knitting needles. When I got my order one of the items was missing. I wrote to Customer Service and they promptly replied. They sent out my missing item and kept in touch until it was delivered. I will be ordering from NewChic again.

Very dissatisfied

I wish I had checked these reviews before ordering. I ordered a pair of boots and only after my order did I realize that they were being shipped from China. The shipment took over two weeks. The boots are way too small - although they are the size that I ordered, the size is MUCH smaller than a standard US brand of the same size. I contacted "customer service" via chat. The service agent was not skilled in English - and kept answering in a repetitive and 'robotic' manner. I was not offered a refund (unless I ship them back to China and who knows when I would hear back from them) nor a replacement. All that was offered to me is 'points' in their system for re-ordering another product. I paid over $30. For the boots and the 'points' offered (not yet delivered to my account) are valued at $4.00. This is NOT a company that I would deal with again and I hope that my review can save someone else the time, trouble and money lost.

I ordered 4 items on Feb 28,2017 and I received them on first week of April. One of them was out of stock so I had to cancel and refund and one of them was faulty in its sleeve's out. Now I claimed the item and I am still waiting their response. Before you order, you make sure it takes a lot of time to get what you order. Sometimes you have to wait more than 2-3month or more...

Ordered a cheap pair of clogs for the beach. Thought it was a good price. While ordering the instructions were to order the next size larger because they run small. So I did. Well they were too big. So I found out that I have to pay the postage to send these shoes back to China! Also have to send them a photo of shipping receipt as proof I mailed them. Took weeks to get the shoes because they ship them from China. I tried to cancel my order after reading many bad reviews( wish I read them before I ordered) but they just happened to ship my order the day I asked to cancel it. What a waste of money

Money Well Spent

I received my order for 2 bras and was so surprised how well fit and comfortable the product was! The bras felt like they were custom fit for me! I couldn't believe the comfort and fit of what I ordered. Customer service was one of the best I ever had to deal with. The experience I had with Customer Service made me feel they truly cared about what my concern was and fixed it! I recommend NewChic to all!

I ordered, both the same. The price was excellent. I wasn't sure if I would ever receive them because they were coming from China and sometimes that can be "iffy" at best, but just when I thought that I would never see them, I checked the tracking and saw they were due to be at my house in a couple of days. I ordered last week, spent $200. They put the items in 5 different order numbers. Just got 5 emails saying they were refunding my money. No explanation. I will have to see if they do.

Sorry to hear that. Sometimes they may be split by the system automatically since they are in different warehouses or can not be put in a package due to product characteristic. We will improve our system so that customers will know about the split orders quickly.

I placed an order for 3 pairs of shoes, which I did receive in a timely manner, but I also received a duplicate order and was charged 2x on my credit card. I only ordered from them 1 time. I went back and looked at my orders and am letting my credit card company handle it!

DO NOT order from this company! They will screw you over when you attempt to return items. I have been dealing with them for over 3 months to refund my order, and they just give unacceptable excuses "as claiming they STILL haven't received the order back" when it has been OVER 3 months since it was shipped back to them!

OH... it was also shipped the same day for an order I refused, but they got that one back! Just not the orders where they have to refund my money! Save your money and shop somewhere else!
