I ordered two items from New Chic. They came quickly, and are made of very nice material. They seem to be very flattering with a great fit but unfortunately I mis measured and ordered the wrong size. I contacted New Chic about them not fitting. They have been wonderful, answered all of my questions and are sending me a new one free of charge. Highly recommend!
I made an order which arrived in the wrong size, the wrong colours and an item missing - no docket and the size labels cut off.
It has taken almost 4 weeks to sort this out with numerous irrelevant emails. Not once was I contacted "within 24hrs" as their policy states.
The products themselves were lovely - the customer service was absolutely appalling.
Size is where this company is elusive. The quality is excellent and worth the hassle. Phoenix (the customer service employee that assisted me) was very accommodating. NewChic does not hide their return policy from you it is in plan site for all to see. I am Happy to say My corrected size is in the mail and it has been worth the wait. :)
My whole experience was crap, we learn from our mistakes. Do not buy from them, trust me...

I'very bought three pair so far. They're cute, fit well and can't beat the price. I've pointed several coworkers to the site.
I still have not received my order. It took a week to ship it and then 33 days is what they quote for getting it in hand. So if you are wanting this for a gift on a certain date, order it a couple months ahead of time. The customer service person, Alexandra, refused about 6 times to give me an expected delivery date. It gave me an uncomfortable feeling that they don't live up to their word.

Waited ages for delivery ridiculous waiting times on live chat 4 hours to 40 mins for customer service, goods ordered on 4th arrived 27th. Shoes stunk of glue and ridiculous sizing. Could not be bothered to send back threw them in the bin. 1st time customer never ever again. I will make sure i never recommend this company to anyone.

All the merchandise I have received so far from this company has been of good quality and I am going to buy many more times from them.
I just wanted to say how wonderful customer service has been. I received bras that were too small and they have been very accomidating in getting the correct size sent to me
The bras I purchased are really nice quality and style, and the price can't be beat. The site recommends to order up one size, but even so, the first order came in still way too small. The customer service was very nice, tho, and sent the correct size right away. Check the size charts!

I bought 2 pairs of shoes, which are too big. I would like to return them but the parcel had no receipt, no return address, no shipping information. I have tried to contact them through their website but can't, it tells you to contact them but doesn't say how. What impressed me was the after sales service. Although, i was under the impression that this is a huge site and my email will be lost among others, i received an extraordinary personalized after sales service and i am very happy about it.
Fabric is great quality. Would suggest ordering next largest size as items run small. Colors match photos.

I purchased two very pretty bras. After reading the suggestions before I purchased the bras that they ran small, I decided to order two sizes up from what I normally wear. The order came and the bras were still too small. I would say not sized for American women. The company refused to exchange them and suggested that I should just take the loss and donate them to the goodwill. I will do that but they will not get another dime from me or anyone that I know on social media. Ie. Facebook, Instagram. They left me with a poor customer experience then sent me this link to review them. Well here is my review.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
