I saw these online and wondered what the quality and fit would be like. They are exactly as pictured and fit great. Looking forward to wearing this weekend.
Pros: Good customer service response. Quick and efficient responses. Seller contacted me asking for exact measurements so they could find the correct fit for me; they offered to send me 2 replacement bras at no additional cost to me - I did not have to return the 3 original ordered bras
Cons: Sizes run extremely small - I ordered my typical size of 36D. They suggested 44C and are sending 2 replacements at no cost to me; delivery is slow but to be expected from overseas.
Success of replacement sizes to be determined... stay tuned! Overall I give them 4 stars and I've learned how to order from overseas.
I ordered two pairs of extremely cute shoes from NewChic but was terribly disappointed. I ordered the size I normally wear but when the shoes arrived, they were approx. One and a half sizes too small. I contacted their customer service to discuss return or exchange and was told a return would cost so much it would be more than the whole cost of the order.
I started researching their sizing and it turns out that they make up their own, then claim they are standard US sizes. When I looked at the measurements, their sizes are roughly a full US size smaller than someone in the US would expect. While they technically shipped what I ordered, there was no notice that I should double check sizing, or that their sizes run small.
That's extremely poor business practice, bad customer service, and I can't UNRECOMMEND them enough.
NewChic creates ethnic bright products, I ordered a coat of size M, it was not enough, buy clothes 1-2 sizes larger. NewChic promised to send a suitable size without problems.

I ordered a pair of shoes there was a bit of a wait but they did come looked lovely only thing wrong they were far too small. I did email but no answer. Then I noticed chat on their site. The customer service was very helpful they gave me back my money within two days. I would shop again but would order larger size shoes
I ordered 2 items. They take money fast they email the first email they have your order and another email to sign up for there sight... So ok I did and it says nothing about my purchase. Kind of strange. So I gave it 3 days looked again says same thing. It's been several weeks I have emailed them 2 times and chat and had no response. I guess time to report NEWCHICK. Package was a long time being delivered. I sent an email to customer services asking if there was a problem. Got prompt, very polite reply. However, package arrived the following day, so no fault on NewChics part. Sandals are lovely, so I'm very pleased.

I had problems receiving my shoes. Although I never did get them (problem with mail delivery) the customer service (Daisy) was excellent. My enquirers were answered promptly.
I was assured my money would be returned, and encouraged to order anything else directly through Daisy.
We purchased a few items small enough to fit in a mail box. This was over 2 months ago. I requested a refund for they took my money like lightening and i never recieved the product. So far after request for refund i was told it was not a problem BUT to reject packag if it showed up or repay for it. So 2 things raised red flags 1 they did not ship no where close to the date alledged 2. They saw i requested my money for a product i did not recieve in a timely fashion. Beware people they do NOT value customers as other sites do. Also realized there is nosuch thing as blue strawberry plant seed lol it was one of the products I ordered. Buyer beware stay with reputable businesses
I got a reply dancing around this saying countries have different deliveries even by pony express its doubtful it would take 3 months. I have called the postal service and they have nothing there with the number they gave me. My opinion it never got filled irregardless i do not recommend this company to anyone. I will be doing business with amazon with faster service also our countries laws will protect us.

I made an error with sizing not realizing that the cut was so small. I contacted customer service and they responded in a timely manner and helped me to resolve my issues. Thank you New Chic you have earned a customer for life.

I brought a pair of shoes, due to the fact they come from Asia it's going to take a few weeks. The shoes were nice, but too big. I had to send pics of my foot with a tape measure to assure them it was their mistake. Which I did and a picture of front of package with address they also asked for. Did all that and then nothing no answer to email or site or live chat, so I adviced them I was going to inform the Trade commission, guess it worked they told me they would refund half the price and I am waiting for the correct size which I paid for, adviced the correct size is now supposed to be on it's way. When this pair arrives I will not be using them again ever. Guess one has to be pro-active as I am sure from reading the reviews people just give up in the end.

I order a fidget spinner 6 days ago (but the day I ordered it, it was Saturday. So I had to wait until Monday, because it ships "in one business day" so it should have came on Thursday...) Right now its its Thursday, so I've waited 4-6 full days (nearly a week) and still no email, arrival, or anything on the matter. In starting to think I have been scammed of my parents money. I ordered two of the same fidget spinner (because when I ordered the first spinner, I wanted to choose a different one, so I refunded it. And ordered everything the exact same. And even got an email saying "your purchase was a success") message me on *******@boruto. 8 I wanna know if anyone else has had this problem..

Bought a couple of items from this company and will NEVER buy from them again. When the items arrived, 28 days later, they were totally the wrong size. It was VERY difficult to get return shipping information from them. Had to get PayPal involved to get any info at all. When the dispute was resolved in my favour I was faced with the cost of returning the garments back to China, tracked. This would have cost MORE than the garments cost in the first place. Customer Service from this Company is none existatant. Be VERY careful if you do buy from NewChic as the sizes they display are NOT UK sizes. In any correspondence with NewChic you will have to supply photographs and in depth information 3 or 4 times over.
