I ordered 2 pair of boots. Received one pair and other pair was out of stock. They told Paypal that I received my order. Called Paypal today and reopening my case. I am glad I used Paypal or would have no chance at all of getting a refund.
Ordered 3 bras & has been sent 2 different sizes which is significantly different from advertised size chart. The misfit can be identified visually hence no fitting is required.
Requested return which Newchic refuses straight away, citing "hygiene" reason despite products have not been used, Although it was seller's fault, their agent only offer partial refund for keeping the products. They don't care about customers as keeping the money is their main goal.
Please beware that seller's offer no direct email & communication can only be done via their site so you have no records. Possible fake feedback on their products which can only be left via their website thus quarantined & falsified.
Can't reach solution with Newchic & requested Paypal to step in. Buyers beware!

I ordered 3 different shades of lipgloss from Miss Young and they are all crap! The colors are way off! They are clearly using pictures of a better quality lipgloss to advertise for their inferior product! Furthermore, two of the tips broke off upon opening! I should have listened to the reviews but I figured everyone should try something at least once. I did and never again! I will NEVER stray from MAC and Sephora again! Gotta be careful with the products you put on your face ladies and SHAME! SHAME! SHAME ON YOU YOU TUBE LADIES advertising for these crappy COMPANIES!

There is some setback at first because they sent wrong item to me. But they quickly reply and set it right upon receipt of my complaint email. For item that i like to cancel, the refund info email immediately arrive as soon as i cancel order and i can get back my money within one week as per they said. I am very happy. Usually after-online-sales-service is not that efficient. I usually losy my money when my order was not delivered or returned. I am recommending my friends to enjoy shopping with this Newchic website.

I ordered a dress from this company... it didn't arrive, so after several days I emailed the customer service email, to which I didn't receive a reply. Dreading the worst I then read reviews and thought I'd lost my money. Then I contacted them thro Facebook messenger and to my surprise got a response! I was informed that the dress was out of stock, I could either wait for new supplies or have a full refund. I opted for the latter and am now I receipt of a full refund 24hrs later... excellent! Thank you
This site is a couple of guys in Guangzhou China trying to take your money. The sizes are completely off because they are based on Chinese sizes and they expect you to return the non-fitting item to China at your cost - yes return shipping will cost you more than the item. Beware

I placed an order and after the order was placed they sent an email to me for20% off my first order. Well that was a little late. Contacted customer service and asked them to credit me for the coupon. They said they couldn't do that and to use it in next order. Well sorry but this will be my one and only order. Beware of this company.

They helped me solve it and in the end they decided to send it again. One product was out of stock and they exchanged it for another. Now Im waiting for the new shipment. I bought a shoe from NewChic and it was slightly small. I wrote to their customer service and they asked me my foot length. I took pictures and sent them. Now they are sending me my size. This is best they can do and they did it. Im so impressed with their customer service and will shop again.
Whatever their replies back to people on this site, it is clear that they have no intention of accepting returns or replacements, and do everything they can to obfuscate or block attempts to do so. Please be aware that, despite a bit of a rant below, all my communications with the company were super polite.
I bought a pair of boots which were half a size too large (due to their misleading labeling of sizes). First they insisted that I had to send them a photograph of my foot on a tape measure (from the side, so that the end of the tape measure could be seen) to see if my foot really was too small for the boots. Excuse me?! My word isn't good enough? I suppose that I should be grateful that they didn't want some sort of official documentation that it was really my foot in the photo.
However, this would have all been in vain, as they also informed me that it would cost me more than the boots were worth to send them back to China (not true, it would have cost half of the price of the boots).
I wrote back, saying nothing about the absurdity of the request for a photo, pointing out that the parcel they sent me had a UK return address on it, so why couldn't I return the boots there?
A couple more go-arounds on email, in my final email I said that i would keep the boots, at least in part because I had little confidence that I'd actually get a refund, having read the online reviews (and I made some polite suggestions about how they might want to consider dealing differently with western customers). My email got returned to me almost instantly as "lack of mailbox space": I think that I had become a nuisance and so my emails were blocked.
The boots are actually very nice, and I'm hoping that I can make them fit. But this is no way for a company to do business, and I would advise people not to deal with them.
Edit. I note, with some amusement, that all of the positive reviews here are written by people who are not native English speakers. Coincidence?

I have placed my order & paid via paypal on the 18th Sep 2017. To date I have not received anything. Tried emailing the "service" email but get a response the mailbox is full. Can't even track the order as I have not idea which courier service was used. The destination country is South Africa.

Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps. Total rip off. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
