I have never cared for buying things on internet but I decided 3 months ago to give it a try. I started with NEWCHIC.COM and bought over this period of time, shoes, bags and shirts. It is fantastic! Once you have understood and found your right size for shoes and dresses (their real size is a bit smaller that the actual size) you will be very happy with the stuff you buy.
If something is not right, and you can prove it, the people at the after sales service are very helpful. I have dealt with Summer who helped me about a shirt. I chose to get a refund. I received it within 48 hours.
I now only buy from NEWCHIC, which is very trendy, has lots of choices in all categories of things.

Please don't waste your money on this company all the way in China. I assure you that if something goes wrong with your order, the company will do nothing to rectify the situation. They shipped my boots to the wrong address (on PayPal instead of the "Default" address that I requested. Although it is no fault of mine, the company refuses to be accommodating and flexible to negotiate the loss. They kept asking me to check my local Post Office -- who had no idea what happened to my order. PLEASE! Please don't place any orders to NewChic due to the fact that they do not hold themselves responsible for the error. I'm out $100's of US dollars. If something does go wrong, this company is in China and it's hard (impossible) to deal with so far away. If something goes wrong with the order, you're out of luck!
Although it take a long time to reach the destination, I'm satisfied with the servisse, now I'm going to use more times your services.
Although it took a while to reach the destination in Europe, I am very satisfied with the service received from NewChic.

I saw a pair of shoes I liked on Pinterest really cheap. I always check the reviews online to make sure the company is legit and free from negative reviews. Especially when things are so cheap (like this company) you want to make sure. Thanks to everyone for writing their reviews. It doesnt take a brain surgeon to not order and stay away from this company! Poor customer service, lost money, and bad review after bad review!

I have ordered a sterling silver cross necklace. It came after a month of waiting...! But the worst thing of all, I had to realize, its a complete lie about Sterling silver. They shamelessly put probe on it saying it's Sterling silver! We've made a discovery after receiving it, it's not even silver plated. Yellow metal appears under the "silver" looking coating. Don't buy "silver" from here! Very dissapointed. And the whole thing is a cheap quality. The other dissapontment is, they don't show my rewiev on their rewiev place! They just simply don't allow to post it. I won't even try to get refund because ive already had a bad experiences with their customer service.

Two seat back storage covers ordered... both wrong colour but a speedy response and replacements are on the way... no problem ordering in the future...
I did not get a package. They responded with a short e-mail and sent the packege again after a short investigation. Didn't yet received it, but hopfully will arrive soon

There was a problem with the purse I received -- poor quality of sewing. I wrote to discuss the problem, and had an answer in less than 24 hours. They sent me a replacement, and it is fine. Now that I know that problems are addressed promptly, I would definitely order from this company again.
Ordered a mans quilted vest on Feb 13; didn't receive it or notice it was shipped... But, today received a crumpled package FROM CHINA, containing a womens kimono robe... no mention of being from NEWCHIC, but, it was from China. Only way to contact them was an "on line chat line" that was interesting. Told them the story, the women danced around the issue and told me to send pictures of the item & delivery label to *******@NEWCHIC.COM... I have contacted my bank filed a dispute for the charges... and I'm not paying the charges to send their robe back to China... SO, STAY AWAY FROM NEWCHIC...

Bought a coat at Newchic, after the delivery I found out the coat was to small.

I had a problem with a bag, and they were very kind and helpful. It was not their fault, that the bag was a little bit smaller, but they gave back a port of the price and I could keep the bag, which is a very good quality product, the oly problem with it was the size. I ordered shoes on January 3, & my credit card was processed immediately. That shouldve been my 1st tip off that this company has questionable operating ethics. Weeks later, I get an email from NewChic, stating that the shoes were on back order. If I wanted to cancel the order, there was a link, in the email, to access my account. They also stated that I had only 24 hrs to cancel my order. Surprise! The link would not open, so by default, I agreed to wait for my shoes. No shoes, & no update from NewChic. I lost $70 on this one, & that pisses me off! So... Let the buyer beware!

Efficiency and honesty in customer service, because even with my product is lost, the reimbursement was immediate.
Answer: A friend from Reading placed an order 14 weeks ago. Total cost was 21 GBP. He contacted NewChic about his order 5 times. Their standard answer (WAIT FEW MORE DAYS). Eventually he gave up and lost the 21GBP. If you have extra money that you want to throw away, NewChic is the way to go. They will take your money; send you nothing and tell you (we are sorry. We will fix situation). But they do nothing
Answer: Ordered a purse, it is the dimensions listed. But what they don't show is that the zipper is sewn in 2" below the top and reduces the opening size. Not which is shown and not "workable" as a purse. Communications with the company for returns result in frustration. The first statement is "you will be responsible to return this to China and it is very expensive. Do you want to proceed?" The address they gave is incomplete and does not come up on Google maps.
