Does not sell any spare parts. Hinge broke and found out it is from guess where? China. Ali Baba sells hinges for 0.50 cents each but have to buy 10,000 units. Stupid company not to sell parts when they break! Its from china! Dumb company!
After taking full payment months in advance, the delivery and installation of our outdoor kitchen was a complete failure. A third-party delivery company eventually shows up with a partial order. Then proceeds to literally drop one of the cabinets in the middle of the street damaging one corner and refuses to take the damaged cabinet back. New Age only offer was to give some amount of money off the sale price for the cabinet. The installer shows up around 8:00PM after being scheduled for an early morning installation, finishes partial installation around 1:00AM. Then several weeks later after constant emails requesting status of remaining order the last cabinet and covers arrive. Several screws/bolts, and accessories needed to install were missing. Currently, delivery companies still trying to deliver same cabinet time and time again. Successfully refused delivery until today when they delivered a cabinet while no one was home to refuse.

If you want to get an hart attack shop from this company. Their costumer service is simply the worse in North American. I bought a set of out door kitchen cabinets and grill for my husband's birthday in beginning on May and still haven't received the complete set. After a month of calling back and fort to track the shipment with the carrier company which is another awful company( Days & Ross) they finally delivered my shipment but only one part of it.they didn't even know where was the rest of the shipment…and that was after calling them over 10 times to tell them that they have to deliver the products in my balcony which I paid for the shipment to begin with and they never mentioned it in the invoice.nevertheless when I finally received my order I saw it was not complete missing two big cabinets and a big counter top. When I called Days and Ross company they said we didn't receive anything else from them and when I called Newage company they said we sent out the complete order.I did not know to whom I had to make a complaint. Now after waiting another month I'm still waiting for my rest of the order to be delivered I called today after my vacation to book for a delivery Days and Ross company told me that they can't book the delivery since they haven't heard back from Newage company…I can't believe what kind of a company is that with such a terrible costumer service. When is the time to pay for the products( over 5000$) everything runs perfectly but when is the time to receive your products either they don't answer the phone or it's not their fault.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY..

I ordered a work bench in the beginning of May. It's the end of June and I've never received it. I've called 5 times and each time the person promises me they will follow through and contact me. That never happened. I do not recommend this company! Zero Stars!

This company is very attentive to you as the client during the sales process. However, after that they will not help in any way possible. They are a frustrating company to deal with and would not even supply a receipt showing that the almost $5,000 order had been paid for by credit card. They also shipped products early and without out our knowledge at a time when we were away. Because the trucking company held it as long as they would, they were going to send it back or I had to pay storage. Very inefficient and unhelpful company. The cabinets are fine, but the company is not easy to work with.
UPDATE: You may have noticed the customer service department from New Age Products left a response to this review. There was an option to reply to them via private message. I did that and told them that I had contacted customer service without any success, and they NEVER even responded to my private message. Don't let their response fool you into believing they are willing to solve the issue. They are non-responsive in helping after the order is placed.

They do not store or ship any hardware for the drawers. If the cheap plastic part holding the drawer to the cabinet breakers they will offer you a small partial credit for a new cabinet. I am flabbergasted that they think I am going to take off the whole top and reinstall a cabinet because they won't support it. I wish I did not buy these.

New Age will place items in "sets" and not allow you to return items.
We bought two garage shelves and did not need both. We sought to return one and the company would not allow a return, stating it was their policy not to accept returns.
This is a duplicate product, not a combined set. There's absolutely no reason for this kind of denial.
It is highly likely, if you order from New Age, that you will receive products that you cannot return and become landfill. It is a disappointing and disgraceful practice.

We purchased a few of their products so it's not like it was a one time thing. Everytime the products showed up damaged, broken or scratched we would have to wait on hold for 1+ hour to talk to an agent than get transfered to some one else to give us $50 to keep a damaged product or wait mobths for a replacement. They do not use their regular stocks as replacements only their B stocks which take months apparently, and all this stuff is made over seas and in my opinion the quality is subpar and the service is the same. I will take my business else where in the future for so many reasons, after several bad experiences.

I've been waiting far too long for product to arrive. NewAge is telling me it's been "delivered" but really it's in the hands of their shipping company. So far - zero communication from the shipper and it's far past the original delivery date! Concerned I'll never receive the product and NewAge has my money. Not good!

The first time I dealt with New Age Products my impression was very positive. Second time not so much. However they totally redeemed themselves with their customer service my providing me with Mano. Wonderful Sales & Design Specialist! So knowledgeable and patient. Right after the consultation I placed my order and can't wait for the shipping to arrive. We just placed the order for our outdoor kitchen. The video consultation was wonderful. They had one person demo all the pieces I was interested in and then another person walked me through my design and answered all my questions. After the consultation I received the drawings and pricing. I'd priced out a number of other manufacturers and felt that I was getting a superior product for slightly less money. Can't wait for my order to arrive.

Product that aren't the work top meet expectations.
Table tops are not actually stainless steel since they are magnetic! They are stainless looking.
Only a few flaws in the drawers and cabinets, one being the texture and black color shade. There's slight variances in color.
On to the table tops in the stainless steel(fake stainless). These are made of sawdust and wrapped in stainless steel looking metal. (only top, with bottom not protected at all). Stainless steel looks great easy to clean, but is easy to scratch the shiny finish doesn't last long at all. Corners will crack and a few of mine have cracking in them. The steel is easy to dent DO NOT put anything slightly heavy on it and slide it around the top it will scratch and dent very easy.
I've gotten pro series and bold series both look great but aren't for the professional level shop, only a diy'er
The screws to mount the table top to the drawer are not suitable for the size.
The tops will vibrate
After spending just under $10,000 you would expect a great product. I'd say if it were slightly cheaper in price my review would be a 5 star, but for the price I paid it's a 2 star.
I'm happy with customer service they did what they could to help me.
Shipping was good
Waiting on the product was poor. I ordered lots of items and the last set had a back ordered time of the end of march (ordered all my products between October and beginning of November)
Luckily I didn't have to wait that long since I raised a fit and wanted to cancel the order.

I bought two New Age grills about 1.5 years ago. I noticed recently that the brackets holding the bar to lift up the grill top are corroding. I contacted New Age and they said it was not covered by the warranty. I accepted that, but I told them that I was willing to pay to replace the brackets.
They responded as follows: "We would like to inform you that unfortunately we don't sell the spare parts, we only replace them under warranty".
That's pretty ridiculous, don't you think? Especially because I bought two grills.

Since aging or corrosion from the elements is not covered under warranty, we would certainly advise that an outdoor cover is used at all times when the appliance is not in use. The design service was very helpful in laying out what looks to be a terrific layout for the garage. The problem is the "back order" and delivery. Items were initially supposed to ship in December, then it was backordered until January and now is backordered until February. They are so polite with their explanations and apologies but put you on hold for 30 minutes while they "check with their team" to see what they can do, then tell you they cannot ship the items that are in stock until the whole order is in. This is a $10,000 order and my client wanted to order a New Age outdoor kitchen next but likely we will not be ordering that. Mehzabeen from customer service was polite and apologetic as she towed the "company line" that she would need 48 hours to confer with the order team who manages shipping from the warehouse. When I asked to speak to the person who would be making the decision regarding shipping the items in stock, she refused to give me a name. When I asked to speak to her manager, she said it was Sohail Viriani but then offered I could speak with Rohan Puppla from the resolution team. Again, another 30 minutes on hold. It's a shame. I work for a construction company and would be happy to recommend their products to our clients but that won't be happening. Notice there are a bunch of positive reviews (likely employees or paid reviews) and then a bunch of 1-star reviews. It's telling.

Products are awesome! Shipping is worst I've ever experienced. Last order was for 2 lights in stock nov 26. Still have not even shipped.
