I ordered the PRO Series 14 piece set and had a lot of questions and concerns prior to making the final decision. I spoke to a Direct Sales Specialist named Piyush and found that he was very knowlegable about the Newage Products and confidently answered all of my questions and addressed my concerns. Most importantly Piyush was quick to respond to my phone calls and emails.

Charan was great going over measurements and ideas for Laundry design and ideas and especially good at understanding my measurements and pictures provided. He went over details on the next steps and free 3D design and next will be a video phone interview for further questions and ideas.

It's worth noting that my only hiccup during this otherwise stellar experience was related to the delivery, specifically concerning a lack of professionalism exhibited by the delivery driver.

I have been trying to get new age to provide parts for a defective 2 burner grill. They have not resolved the problem even though the pictures show the defect was shipped New Age. It has been over three weeks and they want to know if I fixed their problem. Nothing but being on hold and delays while they talk with the warehouse. I am filing with the better business bureau and any social media review possible to warn others of New Age's business practices.

I worked with Piyush going over all the options for our garage cabinets. He was always courteous and knowledgeable!

I purchased a New Age Outdoor Kitchen from Costco and was delighted at the quality of the product. It is solid, high quality, and works exceptional. This was a big spend so I was hesitant. I am glad I spent the money to purchase such a great quality piece. It was easy to put together with good instructions.
Today I called New Age Products to purchase a cover for the kitchen. Piyush the sales man was extremely helpful with my order.

I ordered garage cabinets (Newage Tracking:*******) I paid for white glove service meaning the carrier would take everything out of the boxes and take both the boxes and pallet with them. When the product arrived the carrier laughed and said we don't do that. I called Newage after waiting an hour the representative could not answer why the carrier did that or if the installers (that I also paid for) would take the boxes and pallets with them. However after waiting on hold again as he tried to contact the installing department he came back with, he still didn't know but someone from the installing department would contact me within 24 hours to confirm an appointment to install and take the boxes and pallet out of my garage. That was 72 hours ago and nobody has called me and of course the wait time was another hour to talk to a representative. I had to follow up 10 times just to get a rep to tell me when the product would be delivered as they stated it would be delivered in 2-4 weeks and it ended up being 8 weeks by time a carrier contacted me (not Newage) Very disappointing customer service and I can't even say the product is good yet since it's still in boxes in my garage.

I have The pleasure of using a friends work bench system from New. Age Products and was impressed with the Quality.Once I finished my work shop I was looking to add a system for my use. With the help of sales Associate Piyush Banerjee|, the purchase was made simple and quick.

Today I wanted a garage sink cabinet to match my Pro Series cabinets that is out of stock, I'm in the retail business also I do understand that some products can be delayed I just wish I could have an approximate date of when I can expect it to finish my project.
