Getting rid of your telephone customer service support and making support available solely by chat is very inconvenient as it takes a long time for someone to respond and ultimately, a 30 second question turns into a 20 minute chat session because the representatives are so slow in responding.
I can't do a bilangual page (I would like to have a fr_en page, but I can't do it, some elements like header are just the same for each page and I can't translate them for a mirror of my website with another language).
There was a very very annoying bug on the website. I can't see the prices of my renewal and I just don't know (can't know) how much this will cost. With that, I just can't stay on web.com and will search for another host for my website.
The AI to build a logo is very bad. It's only browsing randomly through a handful of images. It took me hours to finally get something to my liking.

It is easy to build but the builder is too slow and they are often issues with publishing the website. Some icons randomly dont show etc. A lot to improve in the menu of the account manager too. I have to go through 4-5 clicks to get to the schedulr while it could just have been a default item on the menu on the left

On Oct 25,2023, I was incorrectly charged for an $89.88 SSL certificate that I never opted into. It was even for one of my expired domains that I intentionally hadn't renewed because I don't use it.
When I investigated further & went to the "renewal" tab on the Domain.com site, the site had opted me into have this autorenewed (it was a slide button), and I had never set it myself!
When trying to contact their billing department via email, I am given automated responses (not a real person) that tell me to use the help assistant within the interface.
The help assistant on Domain.com is a complete robot, and could not assist with the issue.
Basically, I will never host with them again. They have ***sneaky auto charges on a hidden tab within the interface, not small ones either ($89.88+), and once they get you, you won't be able to get a human to help you resolve it***. Very unethical.
There is ton of glitches in the website itself but also very unclear about whether or not the need to renew domains and payments.

The call center staff for level one support is nice but do not have access to the vital engineering group. We have been experiencing an issue with the booking appointments page quit working and we have not been able to get a resolution for this issue in over a month. How are you supposed to do business when you rely on appointments being booked online and the client cannot book the appointment. Unacceptable!
I purchased a domain that was not what was shown on the site. I searched lonelypines and lonelypines.com showed up so I bought it. My domain in my dashboard shows lonelypin.com

I have had a very hard time setting my website up. Been over charged, taken weeks for refunds, still cannot get my SSL to work, despite multiple phone calls. Everything is a major struggle to get done.
The best web provider I've ever worked with. They have helped me develop two websites. Great DYI web builder. Superior customer service! They are always there when you need them.
They couldn't make this much easier. Drag & drop your images and type in your text. Tweak it up until you're happy. Publish. Done.

I paid to have an e-commerce website done. It was a horrible experience. The website was link to the wrong fb for over two week. The website was never able to make money because it was never link to an actual product or payment options. I just wanted helped but never got it.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
