We have some issue regarding the email setup and web build questions asking for support, but never received meaningful guidance and problem solving, only got we need to buy some other supporting package.
Difficult to get phone support operators to understand an issue. Transfer of website from previous host left most links broken. It would have been much better for me to have written an entirely new WordPress site. WordPress admin access redirects to an internal name instead of using my domain name. Website and WordPress dashboard are EXTREMELY SLOW. Another site hosted by web.com to which I have access does not have these issue.
I have had multiple issues and every time I reach out no one seems to know what to do. And eventually get the "That is another departments problem, call them" response.
My experience with Domain.com has been horrible so far. After deciding on a domain, I tried to make payment using debit card which an error has occurred. Then I changed it to paypal and the same error screen showed up. However, I have received email from paypal saying the money has been deducted. Then I follow the instruction and set up an account, with an email stating that the set up was successful. Then I tried to login to the control panel an issue occurred again. I was stuck at the loading screen. Then, I tried to contact the online support which is not responding despite hours of waiting.
With the templates and the user-friendly site builder, I built my blog in a breeze and had fun doing it.
It is very difficult to use this site! Major improvements needed
There are minor issues all the times. DNS, email, website take long time to get updated, complicated process if i want.com and.ca ending. Even customer support give me two different answers to the same questions.
I contacted customer support via chat and they where unable to help. Told me that the issue needed to be forwarded to a level 2. The resolution information that came via email was useless with no way to continue a dialog but to open another ticket. Very frustrating. Seriously considering moving to a different hosting company as the support so far SUCKS!
It's awful, support has long waits, has slow response times and doesn't resolve issues and I'm still awaiting my paid domain to be registered!
A bit of a learning curve as to how to navigate...slow loading of main page
1. Site is extremely slow 2. Payment errors trying to renew SSL 3. Now that site is live so many customers are complaining the site shows an error - it's not taking them to my site despite your support team telling me it's live but that doesn't help me if customers cant reach it
My website never works. There's always an error code. Switching my domain from google to Web.com was painful. No clear instructions. Wish this site was more user friendly
Im trying to connect my domain to shopify but struggling
I have had problems for a year on my business website I built off of their templates. They charge me for a SSL that I can't authenticate, because none of the email addresses are mine. They won't refund the money and to top it off, they charged me again for the second year of the same useless SSL certificate.
I renewed my website in Sept for another year and my site has not worked since. I have been on chat for hours, called customer service more then once for hours now I demanded they cancelled my useless website and refund my money. They have the audacity to tell me they can't refund my money and I could chose not to renew the site next year. Oh, so you won't even cancel my site? People, you have no control over your own website, they took my money and gave me nothing in return. This company is a scam, please don't be a victim like I am. My Interior design business has lost a ton of money because of this substandard company. Now I get to pay Godaddy for a new website that works. Web.com you should be ashamed of yourself, you don't deserve good, loyal customers like me. Sad I had to learn this very valuable lesson and I will do my very best to make sure nobody else gets scammed like I did. Shame on you. Scammers

I didn't want Shaddaghrin.com, I wanted shaddaghring.com, but there was no way to reverse it. I had to buy both. Call/contact me if you can help me correct this and issue a refund.

Navigating your site is like a trip in a time machine to the 1990's.
There is no telephone number to speak to a live person I registered for one domain name and the site is trying to force me to take two.
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
