Web.com has been a great company to work with. I love their templates on their site builder, which I have found to be the most versatile site builder I have ever worked with. The blank template gives you so much freedom to design a site exactly the way you want. They also offer assistance with building the site. However, their customer service has impressed me the most. I never have to wait on hold to speak to someone, they always resolve my issue quickly, they are polite and kind, very knowledgable, and just overall great to deal with. I highly recommend Web com!

I'm getting frustrated with the process of building my website. When I call in for assistance I keep getting referred to send a message which could take up to a week. I paid for the pro support and I'm not feeling it.

I have a hosting package with your company. I can not publish it or find it on the Internet. My domain name is www.fivestarcom.biz. I will not open it, and it states that it can not be found. The error is #404.
I went to your chat and discovered that the domain was not pointed correctly. Your tech can't correct it. I have to go to Websitebuilder to get it fixed, but they will not do it.
Before, there was Web.com, and I had a website with this domain. When I purchased your hosting, I asked to have the domain transferred to the new hosting and to sell the old hosting. I wanted to build a new website and see what your AI was all about. Everything I asked was done. But I don't want to publish it and then see what it looks like on the Internet. I find it is not able to be found.
I started an upgrade process in March and still don't have working email. I have been charged for both the old and new websites and I am told there is no one I can escalate to.

The ease of use of the website is very low. Moving and sizing things take way more times than it does on other platforms. It's almost like they made the UI an inconvenience to use so you'll pay for the website development service.
Too many spam emails from web.com with no option to unsubscribe. Also, no option to turn off auto renew of SSL and it does not appear in renewal screen. Was on chat for nearly 2 hours to turn that off.
We got migrated to web.com from dotster. The migration was totally bungled, and all we got from support after waiting for a live chat agent was "We can't help you", and "there is no manager available to help you". AVOID AVOID AVOID
Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.

Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
