Phone support staff are the best!

While checking up on my Web.com site, built with their online tools, I noticed a spam header had been injected into the code. I could not remove it. I called Web.com support, gave them my identification, told them the issue, and the issue was resolved within 20 minutes, while I was still on the line. Have your account number and your phone with you--they may text you as an added level of security.

Jay (Justin) employed his in-depth expertise in web design and editing, as well as his patient and cheerful customer service manner, to brighten up our company website. Answering my questions, he provided better ideas than what I had intended. He guided me through handling website photos and how I might edit them to achieve a standard look. He described how the coloring would work, and what the best practice was for color selection. He pointed out how the features and blocks work, and how to successfully edit and delete those. He led me to the SEO and Company information pages to ensure we had the proper info in them for success. His support was an exceptional customer service experience. Awarded 11 out of 10 points! My compliments, Sir!

I'm having a lot of problems logging in sometimes. I've had to change my password twice in the last few hours. I have the login details saved in Chrome, but for some reason your system kept saying its wrong. This is the 3rd time I changed my password, and I have it both saved on Chrome and written on a separate document. Hopefully I don't get too much login problems in the future.

Request Form Not Working Properly

Our web site contact request form was not sending us the request to our email.
Dominique with web.com persistently worked thru the issue and was able to correct the email forwarding problem.
I have been a Web.Com customer for years and they always take care of their customers.

The clearly explained web.com's policy of not refunding a monthly bill already charged. I explained to the rep that the accounts been closed 10 days ago and I should not have been charged a new monthly bill. Anyhow he worked to convince management to refund me that months payment. I appreciate his efforts.

I have continuesling tried to use live chat for help, goes to some scam AD site, email doesn't work and I am not able to call. It should NOT be this difficult to put my etsy in and when someone types my domain, allcraftsplus.com should go to my etsy. Nothing is working, it is NOT on the etsy end, it has to be done here. So far I am unable to get help
