I've been a customer of Web, com since it was founded by the original founder. I've been extremely happy and satisfied with the company and my services. Recently, there was a situation that happened a second time with something called "spoofing", and I called Customer Service for my e-mail issue, and a fantastic Customer Service rep named, "Nimfa" answered almost immediately. She listened patiently, and immediately understood what my issue was, first sent me a security code via my e-mail which I very much appreciated, understood my problem right away, and explained issue and resolution very efficiently so that I completely understood both. She then took double-checked 2 things that would prevent the issue from continuing or happening again, and asked me if there was anything else that she could do for me! I am so grateful that Nimfa is the agent who took care of my call, and want to commend her as a very valuable asset to Web.com! Thank you, Nimfa, for taking such great care of me and my business!

Answer: We are located in Australia and trying to make contact is virtually impossible. They don't respond to emails, Calling them is an expensive international phone call, The time zone is completely different so I had to call at some ungodly hour of the morning, they are not friendly and find dealing with customers a big pain. They offer no real value and have no idea of what customer service is.
Answer: I had to ring my credit card company and get them to stop the payment
Answer: I was working with a consultant from the Small Business Development Center when I began my business. She advised me to register my LLC and then to go to Register.com to buy the domain name before anyone else could. Later on, she suggested Register when I was looking for hosting.
